I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Well done, Infiniti!

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

Great service experience. Nothing is unattended from start to end. Loaner was not possible so got dropped off and picked up again to pick up service vehicle. Great and helpful staff, very knowledgeable service staff, very courteous cashiers. Great facility to wait during the time of service. Everything is unquestionable great. I bought my 2010 QX56 almost 6 years ago. For a 2010 vehicle, it only had 130,000 miles. I paid 10k cash for it. I just hit 280,000 miles on it yesterday. The overhead console w/ DVD player and lighting was old and brittle and I hit a pothole and it fell last year. Which is South Carolina's fault. Not Infiniti. Our roads suck here. But the rest of the interior looks like new. I get an average of 18.2 mpg on the interstate and 15.7 mpg in the city. I wish I could upgrade the 18 speaker BOSE head unit, just for a more modern navigation system. But the OEM still works and sounds amazing. My two biggest issues, as of now, with my QX56 are ... The lowering mechanism for the spare tire is horrible. That engineer should be fired. The other is the location of the starter. I won't ruin the surprise, but let's just say.... If you work on your own vehicles, and your starter goes out.... You'll never find it without the help of the Internet. Usually a $100-$150 DIY fix (for the part only) cost me $940 to have replaced. (And that was not at the dealership).... But other than that, the 2010 Infiniti QX56 is the most comfortable, powerful, and spacious vehicle I've ever owned. And just yesterday (3-4-2025) a woman got into my car and immediately said,"wow, this is so nice" .... And almost fainted when I told her it was 15 years old with 280k miles

I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average.
