There what is the miscommunication between the sales people and the manager David Love and I got pretty upset about it because it was not what we agreed upon and I put a deposit down and we kind of talked back-and-forth and he called me back and said that he was going to refund my deposit in so he did right by me and that’s very rare in this world and so I recommend this dealership highly just for this.

Was searching for a Porsche Boxster, and while there were none in my area that met my criteria, I found a very clean 2002 Boxster S in Duluth. After researching the vehicle thoroughly, and determing they still had it on the lot, we drove the over 200 miles to look it over, with intentions of driving it home if all was wel. I driove well, was very clean, and had no damage. The folks at CARMA were very pleasant, and accommodating, and even wnt so far as to meet our counter offer. We were very impressed with their facility, the quality of vehicles they had, and the friendly and knowledgeable employees. We drove the car home, and are looking forward to enjoying it for many years.

Love this car! It’s gotten me everywhere I needed to be reliably and with no issues. It’s comfortable, luxurious, efficient yet powerful without being overly ostentatious. I especially like the 3.7 Liter v6 engine which is the same engine as in the Nissan 370X. It’s peppery with325 horsepower and rear wheel biased until the car senses a need for additional front wheel drive . I never get stuck.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Damone went above and beyond to explain the car in detail, make sure that I felt comfortable and not pressured and made the transaction smooth and timely. I always DREAD going to a car dealership as a woman but I felt respected and appreciated. All parties associated with this transaction at this dealership were respectful and helpful. This was an online purchase with salesman Roq Micheal’s. He was very helpful and made this online deal flawless. Reached a purchase price with Jonathan and felt confident to put down a $1000 over the phone. We had already did test drives in Chattanooga TN. ALM couldn’t even be beat even by Marshall Mize Ford. In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. That simple gesture really stood out and made me feel valued, even before I made a decision. After doing my research, I decided to return to ALM Marietta, and I'm so glad I did! It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I called on Saturday about a infinity g37. Greg answered my call and said ask for him when I came in. When I got there the place was super busy but everyone was friendly. I asked for Greg he already had the car out front for us. He was open and honest about the car. It's a used car at a great price but never would I of thought the salesman would be honest about the condition of it. We test drove it and decided to buy. Greg treated us with respect and honesty through the whole process. I asked that a sensor that Greg told us about be changed and the car given a oil change. Greg said it would be Monday before the car was ready. Greg called me early Monday afternoon and said the car was ready. I came in and completed the sale. I can't speak for anyone else at this dealership but if you want a honest salesman and to be treated right ask for Greg.

This car has a lot of miles but there’s still a lot of life left in her. And just today my daughter called and explained how her car just took a crap on her.. I feel very confident giving the Infiniti to her with no worry’s even though she’s 200 miles away. So I know will be down to check out a work truck and do some more business hopefully
