This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

I have purchased 3 QX80 vehicles from your dealership over the last 7 years. Previous years before I had owned 2 Cadillac Escalades. The QX 80 in my view is far more comfortable and a better buy! For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

We had an AMAZING experience at this Infiniti Dealership. ROGER WALES. manager, was GREAT work with. Savannah greeted us at the door of the dealership, with a genuine smile and helpful nature. She was just a delightful young woman. (It was so nice not to be attcked in the parking lot by smarmy sales people, trying to grab you before you even get out of your car.) It was all so low key and relaxing. Savannah guided us to Roger and we chatted a bit. He was so warm and personable. Roger introduced us to Charles, who was equally charming. He showed us a couple of cars and mom who found the perfect pre-owned Infiniti. Just what she was looking for. Test drove it agreed on a price and boom, mom had her her. We were almost sad to leave, because it was such a GREAT experience. I know that sounds crazy, but truly, it was a wonderful experience. Someone else we would like to give a shoutout to for being so helpful also, is Velma. She was so very helpful, kind and caring towards my mom. What a gem this dealership has in her. I am so pleased with this truck and this is the 3rd one that I have purchased from this same dealership. The staff really went far and beyond to find me the exact model that I want.

I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

I was looking for a very specific car; year, model, color, trim and found about 10 available in the country and none in my state. After a couple bad experiences I found the car at Goldies. I worked with Adam and John who were responsive, even given the time zone difference (often replying to questions well before or after local hours), helpful and best of all for an inexperienced long-distance shopper, familiar with that process and made it easy and anxiety-free for me. They even coordinated shipping, which also went smooth. Best of all, they continued to be supportive after I had received the vehicle in terms of title and registration support where it would have been very easy to just move onto the next sale. So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. Bought it used 8 years old with 115km on it. Looks amazing, drives fantastic, comfort, power, safety, heavy vehicle around 6300 lbs but moves and handles very well, extremely quite for such a large truck with a big V8. The workmanship and quality of interior is next to non, the seats are large and super comfortable, entertainment system is top noch when it comes to sound quality. Wife, kids and myself absolutely love this thing. It is a joy to go for a several hour long trips in something this big, heavy, quite and comfortable. And great value for what you get especially comparing it to something like a escalade which is much more expensive and most likly half as reliable. For 2016 this thing is loaded with features and tech I didn't even know existed back then. The negatives: paint all though looks great it chips easy and rusts, might be kess of an issue if you live in warm dried climates. GPS system on the 2016 sucks, it's overcomplicated, counterintuitive and outdated. The entertainment system is also outdated and lacks USB ports etc but that's to be expected for the model year. The radio, satellite radio and speaker system is outstanding however. Also like a lit the fact that it doesent have the new electronic guages and all oversized screens everyware but instead it hase z very high quality old style Guages and needle system. Absolutely love that fact and the esthetics and gual7ty is outstanding. Overall, we load it. Planning yo keep it for a long time, prabobly untill it falls apart 15 years from now. For thd money we paid for it which was $32k CAD i don't see what vehicle you can buy that even comes anywhere close to what you get for your money.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.
