Working with Milan Venezia at Genesis of Saint Charles was honestly one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It went so well that when my fiancé said she was thinking about getting a new car less than a week after I purchased mine I didn’t think twice—I called Milan right away. From start to finish, he was super helpful, honest, and even funny at times, which made the experience that much better. Even the finance guy was cool and easy to work with. And I thought it was pretty cool that a concierge walked me through all the car’s features before I pulled off the lot—great touch. Drives and handles very well on the road.
Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

I acquired a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4Matic from a dealership located in Chesterfield, MO. Initially, the vehicle was delivered without a temporary number plate; however, I contacted Mr. Drew, and they promptly dispatched the temporary plates via FedEx overnight. In addition to providing the plates, they also assured reimbursement of the shipping expenses as a gesture of customer appreciation. I sincerely valued their considerate gesture. Initially, I was pretty frustrated due to the absence of temporary plates and a low feedback rating. Still, I subsequently recognized the extensive efforts made by the dealership, which prompted me to revise my feedback.
