Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

I recently was in need to buy a new car for my son. We found A&A Auto on our computer, liked the cars they had posted and decided to go in. We were greeted by a very knowledgeable salesman, Larry. Despite my son being very picky, Larry showed great patience with my son. We decided on a 2015 Nissan. This car was clean on the inside and out and had new tires. The finance manager, Burt explained the whole lending process and was very upfront with answering all my questions. A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

I’ve driven my individual 2015 Infiniti Q70L for the past five years. I purchased my Infiniti on September 2018 with 35,000 miles after a lease return. I happen to be a rideshare driver. It’s currently May 2023 and it has 178,000 miles. The 3.7L and the seven speed automatic transmission has been super reliable and still runs as smooth as when I picked it up when it had 35,000 miles. Other than replacing serviceable items that were out because of time. Like the windshield wipers, battery, brake pads and rotors, all 3 drive belt pulleys with tensioner pulley, serpentine belt, cabin air filter once I’ve driven my individual 2015 Infiniti Q70L for the past five years. I also replaced the OEM size tires. To a Michelin pilot sport all season 4’s 265/40ZR20 104Y. Which have improved the right handling and comfort massively. a year, spark plugs at 100,000 miles. Yes with a caveat. Overall I generally enjoy my car but issues with going through tires and maintenance issues . Because of that would probably not buy again

The Infinity is an excellent, & safe vehicle. I brought both of my infinity's from SW infiniti. The staff are honest, knowledgeable, & professional, also friendly.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

Got the Journey AWD w/ Technology Package. Didn't know how much I liked this car until I owned it. Actually, I love it, as much as you can love a car. Sporty, fast, nimble - however you want to say it. Or let the 325 hp and AWD speak for itself. Luxury interior with everything I could want: top-grain leather, 11-speaker Bose stereo, GPS, Bluetooth, electric moonroof, 360-degree cameras. Exterior is a sharp, sporty, head turner. I get compliments from people just from seeing it. Couldn't be happier.

I have approximately 36,000 miles in my car! She’s black with chrome rims and a billet grill and is my pride and joy, (also my 5th) - Infiniti G series. Originally bought because I felt this car was the safest, while be it, classiest, mom car to drive around my daughters - I just love it! I can spot my car in a lot of 100’s - she is that unique! Absolutely a dream! Gas mileage not so great - that’s the price of beauty!

I loved this car the minute I drove it, and I still love it 8 years later. It is so comfortable, and so nice to drive. I will say that I don't love driving it when the roads are wet (rear wheel drive), and can't imagine driving it in snow or ice. I bought a brand new Honda last year to have something to hold my two 80 pound dogs, and I so prefer this car to the new one. It has been very reliable, also.

I have owned my car for 10 years and it is the best investment I have ever made. I love the handling and I have only had to fix a couple of minor issues in the 10 years. It still looks and rides great!

The car is very reliable I have never had any problems out of it it’s very modern and easy to adjust to. The car has plenty of leg room, and back seat space. The truck is a great size. The ac works amazing, the windows are tinted. I love this car only selling it because I’m going the the military!

Great road car, its radar controlled cruse control is outstanding. It's front and rear cameras are a great safety feature. The all leather interior is very comfortable. Very smooth transmission that can be set to SPORT, SNOW, or REGULAR.
