I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

First of all, this is a beautiful SUV. We bought a used 2019 Luxe with 41,000k miles. I actually prefer it than the 2022 version in terms of exterior styling. Many consider that interior to be outdated, but I think the proper word is outlasted. There's a reason why they haven't changed this interior very much over the years. It is extremely reliable. It has physical buttons. Sometimes an upgrade in technology isn't always the best especially in a vehicle where reliability is paramount. The legendary VQ V6 is still top notch averaging us a combined 22-23 mpg which is great. My friend's 2015 QX60 has 206,000 miles and has no issues with proper scheduled maintenance. The CVT on this one great compared to its Nissan counterpart. The ride is plush but not as plush as a Lexus RX350. It is a bit more on the sporty side, and that's ok. You do not want to be too disconnected to the road. I think what tops it off is the incredible value it offers compared to our other options that we've looked at: Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, VW Atlas, Lexus GX460, and Audi Q7. Overall this beat all of them.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

My carcwas accidentally sprayed with driveway sealcoat material. The day it happened I stopped into your detail center. The gentleman in the office assured me that Modern Auto Detailing center would do their best to clean up the mess. It was 3 weeks later when I was finally able yo get it done. The team at the detail center went above and beyond to clean my car. They were professional and polite. They explained and showed me the areas of the car they weren't able to clean . This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

Having a limited amount of funds to use, I still want a reliable SUV because my grandchildren and daughter live with me. As such, I've had to contact a lot of dealerships. Unfortunately, not all cared to continue after hearing my budget. Some hung up immediately, a few others actually scoffed before hanging up. These are actual large dealerships that make a lot of money. I was beginning to get quite discouraged . Then I emailed Bobby at Advanced Auto Sales. I left him a list of questions, not realizing that he wasn't the one to ask. However, he answered each one. Without complaining and without directing me to someone else.
