I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

It exceeded all expectations. I went in for an oil change they got my car back to super quick and it was vacuumed and washing! Great work!!

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

Just bought my second rig from MLM banks where being a pain, but Dave got-er done. These guys will really go to bat for you and fight for you till your driving off in your new rig. Will always buy from them no pressure sales people, great environment.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I'm a teacher, these guys get an A plus. First time I have ever bought a car without feeling disgusted after! We live in Chelan, it was worth the drive. We checked out several dealers, and their reviews were so good we made the drive. We were not disappointed and love our Highlander.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Very good car so far with more amenities than I knew rides well with great acceleration and gas mileage. There are blind spots that’s take getting use to. Love it

Bought my first g35x used a few years ago. Drive and maintained it with a smile. She's a sexy beast. But a guardrail at at about Nymph at 04:00 in extreme fog. Totalled the car. Bought a Maxima a few months later. . .had more amenities but, was the same driving /Comfort experience only FWD vs AWD. Totalled the maXima +damned deer jumped onto it"s hood). Now in the process of buying another Infinity same liquid platinum color (same as my first) with Dall the amenities of the Maxima and more. Haven't seen ie driven the new car yet but I'm expecting great things and many smiles from her.

We live in NC and had the van shipped to us, everything went as smooth as we could have hoped. They are fantastic to deal with.

So far so good...Still getting to know my new car. Will be driving it around town and can really see the ride. Wish my trunk space was a little bit larger...

Happily we recently purchased a used 2024 Toyota 4runner at Inifiniti of Bellevue. It had many scrathes in various places on the body. Derek indicated that all but a couple could be buffed out. The others would need touch up paint. We were amazed at how beautiful it looked when we picked it up! They did a fantastic job!!! We are so pleased!!!

Great communication, had the car ready when I got there to test drive, and did everything possible to make sure I got the deal I wanted. He even delivered the car to me. He went above and beyond. I must say I was initially skeptical about buying a used Subaru Outback from an Infinity dealership instead of one of the Subaru dealerships in the area. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for though in the color my wife and I wanted with low miles and a decent price. Dillon was very patient while I spent a considerable amount of time going through the whole vehicle looking over every detail including crawling around underneath the car. I didn't even sit in the driver's seat until I had done my full exterior inspection. I found a few minor scratches to the paint and lower plastic trim on one side but this was expected for a 7yr old vehicle and I was okay with it since the price was right and it seemed to be mechanically sound. During the test ride I put it through the paces with some not so gentle acceleration, cornering and braking including my emergency “slam on the brakes" @40mph test that I warned Dillon about in advance. He was very calm about it all. It probably helped that I shared my previous track days experience before the test ride so he knew I had experience driving a vehicle near its limits. I could find no issues with it mechanically so it was off to discuss the total price once we got back to the showroom. Dillon did a great job explaining the total cost with tax, licensing, etc and explained they had financing options even though I had initially planned to use my own credit union to finance the purchase. Bobby, his sales manager, was extremely helpful and got me an even lower interest rate with a lender that I was already using for my primary checking/banking and threw in a couple of extras on top of that that I was not expecting because he wanted me to be a happy customer which I was extremely impressed with. I then explained my challenge getting the vehicle home and Bobby offered to help get it to downtown Seattle where I could more easily get it home since I'm a ferry ride from the city. I could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service I received from both Dillon and Bobby at Infinity of Bellevue.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

Best car I ever purchased. Have always owned inifiniti’s (original i35, qx56 twice, qx4 twice and now a 2014 qx70 i purchased in 2018. Absolutely love this car! Handles well, heavy but sporty ride, does great in snow (I’m in Chicago), and the exterior has a unique and good look. I take care of it like it’s family - detail regularly, do all the maintenance usually before it’s due and just love it. Currently at 108k miles and plan to keep it to 200k. Only, only complaint is that the dash/graphics are dated (even for the model year). Could drop a grand on getting 3rd party apple play headset installed, but would rather put it into keeping in pristine condition. So sad infiniti dropped this line as nothing new out there tickles my fancy. The mechanics always comment how this was the “last good product made by intiniti”.
