The purpose of my visit was 2 fold. First, regular scheduled maintenance service and, second, the repair of minor blemishes noticed during a test drive before purchase. I also purchased all of the extra coverage packages available to achieve their care-free driving experience package! I was not disappointed. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. I like the car. I really appreciate the sale person Something make me not happy is behind a small bumper. It keep coming off. It has a manufacture problem or I don't know what happened every time it comes off. So I did visit to Infinity dealer to explain what's going on. So I don't know what they did but they fix it. IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Great experience at a car dealership! How often do you hear that?? Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful. All in all a good experience. There's always that bewildered feeling when leaving a car dealerships or a cell phone company but Brian did his best to minimize and mitigate. Actually, everyone we dealt with at Schomp Hyundai presented as sincere and caring. And I'm an old fart who has years of experience dealing with the sales world. These guys left us with a good feeling at the end. Again, how many times do you hear that? Highly recommend.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Everyone was polite and helpful. I needed a cooling fan. The repairs were great and on time. Would certainly take my infinity there again for any repairs needed.
