Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

The car, looking oh so good on the outside of it, is all that it seems. It's clean, comfy, and really reliable. It has good mileage, good looks, is comfy, and is good overall. The one I have has a modified screen that looks like it was a part of the original car. However, the only complaint I have is that it's really loud. If you want a quieter car, I suggest getting new mufflers. If you're fine with it, it's good otherwise!

This particular car meets all my needs. Leather seats common FM/a.m., heated seats, Sunroof, three USB ports just completely fully loaded. Is a keeper no doubt. Completely satisfied

Been a very reliable car all these years. Works well in snow using the AWD and snow switch on dash. Very comfortable seats and fun to drive. Step on the gas and get pushed back in your seat with power.

We answered a Craigslist ad. The price was so good we didn’t believe it was a real ad. We went to see the car, Charlie was our salesman. We weren’t sure so we left, no pressure. We took a second look, easily agreed on a deal and left a deposit. We came back to pick up the car and the price we agreed on was the final price! I expected documentation fees, all those fees most dealers try to add. We were finished in about 10 minutes, I expected an hour or more. So we started out happy and remain happy, love the car. There will be something with any used car but everything was clearly disclosed, no surprises. All of the staff were very friendly and Charlie was a great salesman. It was the best experience and we will be back, and tell our friends of course.

Bought this car new and still have it 16 years later - it's so great. 6-speed shifts beautifully and goes like spit. Handles well. Looks like a luxury sedan but drives like a muscle car. Did I mention this car abhors rust? even in salty roads Ottawa.

I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now

QX 80 is very comfortable driving. Despite it's size, maintenance is great. Thieves often mistaken the rear gatelift cover to be something valuable hidden inside thereby forcing it open and causing damage. May be a sign may be necessary. The current look is nice but attractive to thieves who have no idea of what it is.

Love this car. Has a good powerful engine. All wheel drive for the snow. Nice interior features. Love the keyless entry and ignition. Only problem was the engine likes to leak oil. Still very reliable.

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.
