Regiment comes to mind, as they operate sort of in lockstep, as a cohesive team of seasoned professionals. And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO. Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 5-Star Spa - For your vehicle! Awesome Q60 Red Sport 400. The dual informational center needs a serious upgrade. Needs better exhaust sound especially on the red sport 400. Overall I give the red sport 4.5 out of 5.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car. When Mr. Ortiz came to inform me about updates, I was ready get up from chair to talk to him. He came and knelt? down then explained to me about current status. Wow, I thought that was very cool and definitely customer oriented action. That moment I was thinking about buying another Infiniti next time.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

First of all, this is a beautiful SUV. We bought a used 2019 Luxe with 41,000k miles. I actually prefer it than the 2022 version in terms of exterior styling. Many consider that interior to be outdated, but I think the proper word is outlasted. There's a reason why they haven't changed this interior very much over the years. It is extremely reliable. It has physical buttons. Sometimes an upgrade in technology isn't always the best especially in a vehicle where reliability is paramount. The legendary VQ V6 is still top notch averaging us a combined 22-23 mpg which is great. My friend's 2015 QX60 has 206,000 miles and has no issues with proper scheduled maintenance. The CVT on this one great compared to its Nissan counterpart. The ride is plush but not as plush as a Lexus RX350. It is a bit more on the sporty side, and that's ok. You do not want to be too disconnected to the road. I think what tops it off is the incredible value it offers compared to our other options that we've looked at: Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, VW Atlas, Lexus GX460, and Audi Q7. Overall this beat all of them.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

This was my first service appointment. (I bought the vehicle a little over six months ago) The service tech Tasha, was thorough and professional and guided me through the process seamlessly.

In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.
