I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

I would give Coleman Infiniti high marks in every category but two stand out particularly: first the personal service I received from Enrique was very welcoming and informative. And second, I was in the market for running boards for my QX60 and he was quick to find and order just the right ones for my car and have them installed in less than a week. I also like that he remembers me and uses my name when welcoming me.

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

Love this car! It’s gotten me everywhere I needed to be reliably and with no issues. It’s comfortable, luxurious, efficient yet powerful without being overly ostentatious. I especially like the 3.7 Liter v6 engine which is the same engine as in the Nissan 370X. It’s peppery with325 horsepower and rear wheel biased until the car senses a need for additional front wheel drive . I never get stuck.

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. I've loved this car since the day I bought it used in 2016 with only 24k miles. It is such a pleasure to drive or just be inside of. I've taken it back and forth to NC a couple of times and was always quite comfortable even on those long drives. The sound system and BT have always worked seemlessly and better than most other cars I've been in. The power and handling are delightful. My average fuel economy is about 27mgp. The exterior design is beautiful. Low maintenace. Low road noise. I'm broken hearted that I'm reaching the end of life for the HEV Battery pack and the dealer wants nearly $15k to replace it. I would love to keep this car another 5 to 10 years but I cannot justify that expense. I fear I will never love another car the same..

The best car you can have , Cvt is not an issue at all, Jeep cvt is bad nissans is good , confort another level

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. The color grabbed my attention and the response kept my attention. It is the most fun vehicle I’ve owned so far. From the standard mode to the sport mode it’s fantastic but put it in sport + and it’s a thrill!!

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

I’m now on year 12 of owning this car. Hands down, it’s the best car I’ve ever owned. It’s reliable and has required very little maintenance. My Honda costs me a lot more to maintain than this car. It’s over 100k miles and still going strong. Plus, the resale on this car is impressive! This was my first Infiniti and certainly won’t be the last.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.
