You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.

I didnt make an appointment but it was no problem for them to get me with someone immediately. I met with Angel and told him of the car that I was interested in and we went for a test drive after asking a couple of questions about the car as well as the financing. My father in law asked questions I didnt think to ask when I got back and we went through the process of obtaining the 2021 Nissan Versa. As I wanted to drive it that day, I also went through the process of obtaining insurance for it, which I was told was okay from Angel. Both the application for insurance and the loan took about equal time but after two or three hours, I drove the car I wanted home with no problems and a happy customer

The car is everything that I need with the space to accommodate myself, friends, grandchildren, groceries , etc very comfortably. I love the way it handles, the design, the interior and especially the color.

Great road car, its radar controlled cruse control is outstanding. It's front and rear cameras are a great safety feature. The all leather interior is very comfortable. Very smooth transmission that can be set to SPORT, SNOW, or REGULAR.

Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Within 2hrs Zach in finance contacted me and the deal was done. My wife went and picked up the truck a couple of days later and everything was ready to go.
