We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Massapequa, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! My husband had a question about the brakes, and the team at Toyota of Massapequa didn’t hesitate, they immediately reinspected the vehicle and even resurfaced and replaced the brake pads. That level of transparency and care meant a lot to us. As Nomaan said, “First is the best”, and in our case, the first car we saw in person ended up being the one. We are thrilled with our decision and love our new Highlander! We also worked with George, our financing associate, who did a fantastic job laying everything out clearly and ensuring our monthly payments stayed within budget. Both Nomaan and George were extremely warm and welcoming, it honestly felt like talking with family. Despite arriving close to closing time, we were never rushed, and they both took their time with us like we were their only customers. We’re beyond happy with our purchase and the overall experience. Five stars all the way, we would absolutely recommend Toyota of Massapequa (and especially Nomaan and George) to anyone looking for a car!

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

Car is exactly what I wanted plus more. Drive great with great gas mileage although it takes premium fuel it’s well worth it in the mileage. Highly recommend if u want a smaller vehicle to travel with

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.
