These reviews are so surprising. It seems the newer cars are treated better than the older models, which is not good. I bought my Accent at Alexandria Hyundai, used, but not serioiusly (4,000) miles. Each appointment was different as far as customer service. Sometimes it was ready early, sometimes much later than promised, and other times right on time. The trick is not to leave a message with the receptionist or someone else in maintenance. Go right to the dealership manager. If they are not available right then, ask again and again to see the manager until you see them. Remember this is Covid-19 season. All services are delayed or forgotten from time to time. Services are overbooked and tempers are frayed. As far as MY Accent? Everything was taken care of, I got phone calls, the manager was so helpful and I will be replacing my Accent within the year for a newer model. I bought my beautiful 2007 light blue car with 4,000 miles. I now have 104,044 miles and the car runs like a champ! I've gotten major, expected repairs done on time and oil changes faithfully.. Don't give up on Alexandria Hyundai. Just know who to talk to. Like any other business. You'll get more accomplished with the Managers. If not, change dealers - just make sure to give them a chance to make it better. Happy New Year!

IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. I havent had any other issues with this car and it is soooo fun to drive and very fast.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. Bought it used 8 years old with 115km on it. Looks amazing, drives fantastic, comfort, power, safety, heavy vehicle around 6300 lbs but moves and handles very well, extremely quite for such a large truck with a big V8. The workmanship and quality of interior is next to non, the seats are large and super comfortable, entertainment system is top noch when it comes to sound quality. Wife, kids and myself absolutely love this thing. It is a joy to go for a several hour long trips in something this big, heavy, quite and comfortable. And great value for what you get especially comparing it to something like a escalade which is much more expensive and most likly half as reliable. For 2016 this thing is loaded with features and tech I didn't even know existed back then. The negatives: paint all though looks great it chips easy and rusts, might be kess of an issue if you live in warm dried climates. GPS system on the 2016 sucks, it's overcomplicated, counterintuitive and outdated. The entertainment system is also outdated and lacks USB ports etc but that's to be expected for the model year. The radio, satellite radio and speaker system is outstanding however. Also like a lit the fact that it doesent have the new electronic guages and all oversized screens everyware but instead it hase z very high quality old style Guages and needle system. Absolutely love that fact and the esthetics and gual7ty is outstanding. Overall, we load it. Planning yo keep it for a long time, prabobly untill it falls apart 15 years from now. For thd money we paid for it which was $32k CAD i don't see what vehicle you can buy that even comes anywhere close to what you get for your money.

Great car overall. Outdated technology. No bluetooth music streaming in the base model. Very under rated. BIG bang for the buck. Could have had better exhaust sound. Gets good combined gas mileage.

Recently purchased 2012 G25X. Car has 125k miles and came well serviced and cared for . Replaced my Acura RDX that was pushing 200 k miles. The G25 drives excellent.Smooth sufficient power and comfortable. Will replace with newer G37 in a few years

We bought a car with Julio 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The styling, handling, comfort, performance, and much more make this a one of kind car. 2012 was the year Infinity called it a FX35, thereafter it was renamed QX70. In 2017, the QX70 was the last one produced. Who knows why, but BMW and Mercedes picked up on the design. This will not last.

Very good car so far with more amenities than I knew rides well with great acceleration and gas mileage. There are blind spots that’s take getting use to. Love it
