I had the best customer service and experience dealing with Mike. I live outside FL so I asked a friend who lives there to go see a car and test drive it for me. Everything Mike told me on the phone about the car was accurate. He is a super nice and honest guy, no beating around the bush, no non-sense. My friend spent about an hour checking out the car and test driving it and Mike was there answering all my questions (I was on video chat with my friend the whole time). He then held the car for me for 2 weeks until I was able to go there and pick it up. I flew in on a Saturday and my flight was delayed by a few hours, so I didn't make it on time. However, Mike waited for me even though the shop was already closed and let me pick up the car that day. He already had all the paperwork ready to go, I just signed and paid for the car and was on my way. Since he was so nice and went out of his way to help me, I wanted to buy him a beer as a thank you. But instead he invited me to his house for a beer. Just an unbelievably nice guy, I wish all car dealers were half as awesome as Mike. So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

I contacted J-Linn through their website (J-LinnMotors.net) and filled out their Secure Loan Application. They had around four cars that met my criteria, being low miles and mechanically sound. Their salesperson Fred contacted me the next day was quite friendly. He said they had cars in my price range. I went to buy a car on Friday, May 29, 2020. The first question I asked was "Are you going to be able to finance me?" due to my credit score being very low. I had spent almost two weeks hearing every dealership/auto sales business say no. He responded by saying "Let's run your numbers and see?" He forwarded my information to their finance companies and found one that would do financing. He then told me he had a car that he thought was perfect for me and would meet the finance companies qualifications. He drove a beautiful deep blue 2010 Chevrolet HHR up to the front and I looked it over. It's 10 years old and looked and ran like new. We then did all the paperwork and I drove that car away the same day! I can't say enough about this company. They've been in business for 20 years so I trusted them. The customer service women were wonderful and also quite friendly. Even their other salesman was kind and funny. I've now had the car for a week and a half and have driven it quite a bit. So far, so great! I'm not used to the more modern power assist capabilities but am learning as I go. Again, So Happy!

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

I recently purchased a QX60 for my partner and I brought my G37 in for trade-in. This car has 122000 miles on it and has barely even sniffled. The body needs some panels replaced because it’s been driven by me, my parter and 3 teenagers. The INFINITI dealer offered me $2500 for it in trade. I procrastinated closing the deal. I was reluctant to tell my partner that I just couldn’t part with it for that amount of money. Ultimately I came clean to her. Surprisingly, she agreed, completely. We are going to get the cosmetic things done and keep it around. For a “sedan” it has all the “sports car” in it that a 61 year old needs. I’ve been shopping for cars lately and I can honestly use the old saying, “they don’t make ‘em like this anymore”!

It’s currently May 2023 and it has 178,000 miles. The 3.7L and the seven speed automatic transmission has been super reliable and still runs as smooth as when I picked it up when it had 35,000 miles. Other than replacing serviceable items that were out because of time. Like the windshield wipers, battery, brake pads and rotors, all 3 drive belt pulleys with tensioner pulley, serpentine belt, cabin air filter once I’ve driven my individual 2015 Infiniti Q70L for the past five years. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. The car, looking oh so good on the outside of it, is all that it seems. It's clean, comfy, and really reliable. It has good mileage, good looks, is comfy, and is good overall. The one I have has a modified screen that looks like it was a part of the original car. However, the only complaint I have is that it's really loud. If you want a quieter car, I suggest getting new mufflers. If you're fine with it, it's good otherwise!

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.
