Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

It was a very good experience. The personnel there are friendly and helpful and create a very comfortable atmosphere that would be highly appreciative of anyone interested in buying a car. They give options without being too suggestive and respect the customers decision. If I could give some advise, I would always provide 2 sets of keys to the customer. I only got one and I feel like I should not have to deal with going somewhere else to buy a spare in case of something happening to the original key. The customers down payment should allow for 2 keys.

I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer.This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer.This is above and beyond!! IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Sold my car to Autonation. It was an extra, so we weren't replacing it. Of course, a dealer paid wasn't great. But Chris Corringan was great to work with. He did exactly what he said he would do, WITHOUT any bait-and-switch tactics. When we're in the market for another car, we'll definitely give them a first try.

The car looks and drives excellent. This is our second qx60. Great quality and comfort lots of features and plenty of room for the family to stretch out.

This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.
