IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

I am so pleased with this truck and this is the 3rd one that I have purchased from this same dealership. The staff really went far and beyond to find me the exact model that I want.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. I have had tremendous problems with frequent damage to the tires on my Infiniti. Twice, neither Inifinit nor tire manufacturer would take responsibility for damage caused by normal driving. This most recent time, my 3rd tire failed and luckily I was very close to Infiniti Bridgewater location. They were going to charge me for 3rd tire in 3 years when Paul Kemper, the General Manager listened to my frustrations, and generously stepped in to remedy the situation at no cost to me. He listened patiently, was a truly calming influence and exceeded my expecations for true customer service after much frustration before this. I would trust that this customer first mindset would positively inform his management style and staff as well. Thanks Paul!

Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. I havent had any other issues with this car and it is soooo fun to drive and very fast.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

Great service experience. Nothing is unattended from start to end. Loaner was not possible so got dropped off and picked up again to pick up service vehicle. Great and helpful staff, very knowledgeable service staff, very courteous cashiers. Great facility to wait during the time of service. Everything is unquestionable great. Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

I’m a pain in the SS to deal with and I wrote my own rules to the deal. The excepted the terms no problem. I had to call them on a repair, they didn’t blink and said being it in. I’m on my way and I fully expect them to be as classy about it as they were with the whole process. Everyone there not just my sales rep who was great and very courteous too.

This car has a nice interior. The three row seating is nice except the 3rd row is a little cramped concerning leg room. Great family car.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.
