Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Great and fast car for the money. Reliable as long as you keep up with maintenance. Good alternative then a BMW and cheaper to maintain. Haven’t had any major issues.

Although my wife and I were interested in a vehicle at another dealership, we decided to pay Douglas Infiniti a visit. They had a similar vehicle available and were close to home. Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

Was at the end of lease on my 2019 QX-50, and upgraded to the 2022 QX-55. It’s a great balance between the practical needs of a family of four with a dog and being a mid-30s women who doesn’t want to be a mom all the time. They’ve taken what was great about the QX-50 and fixed a couple of the annoying parts. It still has the Powerful engine with the unique compression that puts it over 28 mpg. A couple changes. The new QX-55 has almost all the interior space of the QX-50. You do lose a tiny bit of trunk space and height for the sporty coupe angle on the trunk. However, we could still easily fit adult skis inside. Twice already this weekend, my husband has borrowed my car when he could have just as easily taken his Infiniti - so sleek and sporty too. Since it’s human to justify a big purchase like this. Let’s chat about the new safety features like the heads up display. We had the cruise with auto breaking in our QX-50 and opted to add lane navigation and departure warnings. This made the highway drive up to Snoqualmie pass this weekend more enjoyable. And I can’t wait to take it on our road trip this summer. But really the change I am loving most is Apple Car Play (it also integrates with Android). Let’s face it the navigation in the older Infiniti’s left a lot to be desired. Now I can get Apple Maps, with my Apple Music (or Spotify or pandora) all while controlling and sending text messages with a push of a button on the steering wheel. We bought ours from Brandon G at Infiniti of Bellevue. They were able to work it to keep our monthly payment the same. So we’re all loving the upgrade and we’re really happy with the package they put together.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.
