The best way I can describe this dealership from both sales and service is to say that it is the way customer service should be done. The values placed on the consumer is something both old world in terms of respect, and new world in terms of how to manage the experience and maintain long term relationships with their consumer. My vehicle was bought used and needed service six months after purchase. I must commend both the service writer Jessiel Cortez and the service manager Krista Polito for their professionalism and kindness above all expectations. I am immensely happy with my decision to both buy my vehicle from Sewell, and trust their service department to manage my automotive experience. To put it simply: I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for a car.

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

Like most, buying a new car (or truck in my case) has always been something that made me cringe. Places like Carvana and Carmax have tried to take a lot of pain and stress out of the car buying process and to be honest, they have, however at a price. I think everybody knows you pay for convenience but should you have to pay so much for it. Why do dealers mark up cars and add unwanted and unwanted items to inflate these hidden costs? Well obviously to make more money off the consumer, but why take advantage of people? it's no wonder why "car salespeople" come across as shrewd, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Not so with Maverick Motors. Truly, the best experience with the best value. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. Verdict I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially given local dealership availability and favorable pricing. The electronic issues create some concern for long-term ownership. For shoppers prioritizing style, value, and driving dynamics who can accept some feature omissions, the QX80 deserves consideration in this competitive segment.

Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. I was not really impressed with anyone else’s knowledge or simple honesty. I applaud Chris for ensuring that this was a positive experience for my wife. She is extremely happy with her new 60! Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

The staff at Gulliver's was mostly professional and made the process fast and easy. The only person who could be a bit more professional is the finance guy, he’s just a little rough around the edges. Overall I would recommend.

Great road car, its radar controlled cruse control is outstanding. It's front and rear cameras are a great safety feature. The all leather interior is very comfortable. Very smooth transmission that can be set to SPORT, SNOW, or REGULAR.
