My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Comfort, power, space, looks - the Infiniti GX80 has it all for my family. We needed space and we got it. Infiniti added style and comfort. I'm very happy with this vehicle - both on the highway and around town.

I've had this vehicle for 2 years and I love it. Such a smooth ride for a large SUV. Beautiful on the outside and inside. No mechanical issues whatsoever so far and i'm at 90k miles

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. I love love love my car !! I have looked for this car for a long time. Just had to find one that fit my budget and was in great shape. Best car I e ever owned !!

Overall it was a good deal for me. The dealer made promises and kept them. The Tesla is great! The price was good. However, I felt the dealer fees were ridiculous and they insisted I give them thousands above the actual registration and taxes. Though I was able to recover the excess taxes/registration withheld, it felt very much like the used car salesman treatment. I would recommend the dealer, but be prepared to play reindeer games. If you do not like these games, buy your used Tesla directly from Tesla.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were: A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues. B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly. The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.

One of the smoothest running cars I’ve ever driven. Smart styling and easy handling. Has all the features, amenities and upscale options ones finds distinctive and comfortable. Infiniti did a good job o this one.

Repairs were great! Workers were friendly and helpful. They took care of returning my rental car to the rental folks when picking up my finished car.

I had the most pleasant experience today working with Selena. We met at 11am and after her firm handshake, within 30 seconds we bonded and I knew then I was at the right dealership. On the test drive we yakked like we'd known each all our lives. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.
