Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

The truck was described fairly well in the description. Freddy was good at communicating. We got to the dealer fairly late but they were accommodating and took some extra steps to solve a few minor things I had concern about. The truck was a fair price and I am enjoying it so far!

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

I loved this car the minute I drove it, and I still love it 8 years later. It is so comfortable, and so nice to drive. I will say that I don't love driving it when the roads are wet (rear wheel drive), and can't imagine driving it in snow or ice. I bought a brand new Honda last year to have something to hold my two 80 pound dogs, and I so prefer this car to the new one. It has been very reliable, also.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

The straps that hold seat belts on top of seat have both failed. I bought the car after it was confiscated from a drug dealer in the Greater Cincinnati Ohio area. So it had some rough treatment. The driver side seat back has wear in the first panel. I think it was from Cops using it for under cover. Their guns and other equipment destroys drivers seats on patrol cars. But the car is a frigging rocket.

First Nissan I bought was a ‘96 Maxima. Second was a ‘16 Maxima Third was an ‘04 Infiniti G35 Current is a ‘12 Infiniti G37X and let me tell you…. It’s the fastest of all the Nissans I’ve owned. Yes for those who don’t know, an Infiniti is a Nissan, just the upgraded version, and they started comparing the first G series as the American replacement for the Skyline since the Skyline is a Nissan, I guess the G series is the replacement for the Skyline? Whatever the case there, immediately started looking for performance upgrades and there is truly a LOT out there! My older brother is the one who first started getting me into the Infiniti cause he has 2 M35’s, both ‘06 and he started posting on down forum for customizing and apparently people from all over the country started asking for those exact aftermarket upgrades. He owns his aftermarket company for customizing cars, trucks, SUC’s, Motorhomes, boats, ATV’s, ATC’s, motorcycles…. You get the idea, and I started checking for all the upgrades I can start putting into my extremely sexy G37X. Mine is the AWD version, so no burning out when hitting the gas, MUCH better control and handling, the power is fantastic!, but of course j want faster and able to corner better. The only thing I don’t like, is the comfort for the leather front seats. They’re heated, so the cushion isn’t very much sadly. It’s not worn down AT ALL! This car had to be adult/elderly owned cause the condition is so incredibly impeccable, it’s crazy how gorgeous this car is! Have to clean the trunk carpet cause there was an empty bottle of Method soap and a giant area where the soap leaked out, but a nice detailed wash will take care of that. My car is black and no tint yet, but the AC cools off VERY fast! The sporty steering wheel is so tight with turning, it feels amazing. Love the growl from the exhaust, again completely stock, but upgrade the intake and exhaust right off the bat, increase the 330hp motor easily to 365-375hp for a nice start. And since the engine is bigger than the previous versions, you want a low growl sounding exhaust like the R34. Interior is much bigger than my G35 was, quite a bit larger also, which gives options for TV’s in the headrest and a the audio is Bose all around, so just add some subwoofers and the amps, leave the rest stock since Bose makes really good quality speakers. Yes, you can always upgrade, but I need a theme to start with and see where I go from there. Overall, completely loving my car!!! Still more to explore, but it has every stock upgrade that was available for this car, and I am extremely happy with it!!!
