I have purchased 3 QX80 vehicles from your dealership over the last 7 years. Previous years before I had owned 2 Cadillac Escalades. The QX 80 in my view is far more comfortable and a better buy! We had an AMAZING experience at this Infiniti Dealership. ROGER WALES. manager, was GREAT work with. Savannah greeted us at the door of the dealership, with a genuine smile and helpful nature. She was just a delightful young woman. (It was so nice not to be attcked in the parking lot by smarmy sales people, trying to grab you before you even get out of your car.) It was all so low key and relaxing. Savannah guided us to Roger and we chatted a bit. He was so warm and personable. Roger introduced us to Charles, who was equally charming. He showed us a couple of cars and mom who found the perfect pre-owned Infiniti. Just what she was looking for. Test drove it agreed on a price and boom, mom had her her. We were almost sad to leave, because it was such a GREAT experience. I know that sounds crazy, but truly, it was a wonderful experience. Someone else we would like to give a shoutout to for being so helpful also, is Velma. She was so very helpful, kind and caring towards my mom. What a gem this dealership has in her. I've had this vehicle for 2 years and I love it. Such a smooth ride for a large SUV. Beautiful on the outside and inside. No mechanical issues whatsoever so far and i'm at 90k miles

The straps that hold seat belts on top of seat have both failed. I bought the car after it was confiscated from a drug dealer in the Greater Cincinnati Ohio area. So it had some rough treatment. The driver side seat back has wear in the first panel. I think it was from Cops using it for under cover. Their guns and other equipment destroys drivers seats on patrol cars. But the car is a frigging rocket.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Communication was great, as well as the follow-up, couldn't get them to budge on the price though.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.
