I love it , comfortable very smooth drive. I have a long drive to work and now I joy driving my car because its so comfortable.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

From 2021, when my Q60 was first transported to Infiniti of South Bay for system calibration work, and to date, the quality of services I've received is always spot-on and without equal. Without exception, my interactions with the entire staff have been nothing short of excellent! Regiment comes to mind, as they operate sort of in lockstep, as a cohesive team of seasoned professionals. And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO. Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 5-Star Spa - For your vehicle! This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!

The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.

As soon as we walked into the dealership we were greeted by Sales rep Mo! He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get us the best deal for my mom. We were in and out in a few hours, stayed within budget, a test drive was offered without having to ask, and he even helped up get the best priced insurance! I have a 2012 Infiniti g37 journey that I purchased with 66,000 miles on it in 2022 and would gladly purchase this vehicle again today if I were searching for a reliable vehicle!! One thing that I love is the performance and the quality build!!

Owned this Q50 for a couple of years. It handles well and gets me the looks that I like. I keep my cars impeccably clean so that I get complimented on the looks of my car a lot. I got the 2.0T, it has adequate horsepower for running on the highway and passing but gets me great gas mileage on my trips. This is my 2nd Infiniti and I think I will always choose the brand.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

First Nissan I bought was a ‘96 Maxima. Second was a ‘16 Maxima Third was an ‘04 Infiniti G35 Current is a ‘12 Infiniti G37X and let me tell you…. It’s the fastest of all the Nissans I’ve owned. Yes for those who don’t know, an Infiniti is a Nissan, just the upgraded version, and they started comparing the first G series as the American replacement for the Skyline since the Skyline is a Nissan, I guess the G series is the replacement for the Skyline? Whatever the case there, immediately started looking for performance upgrades and there is truly a LOT out there! My older brother is the one who first started getting me into the Infiniti cause he has 2 M35’s, both ‘06 and he started posting on down forum for customizing and apparently people from all over the country started asking for those exact aftermarket upgrades. He owns his aftermarket company for customizing cars, trucks, SUC’s, Motorhomes, boats, ATV’s, ATC’s, motorcycles…. You get the idea, and I started checking for all the upgrades I can start putting into my extremely sexy G37X. Mine is the AWD version, so no burning out when hitting the gas, MUCH better control and handling, the power is fantastic!, but of course j want faster and able to corner better. The only thing I don’t like, is the comfort for the leather front seats. They’re heated, so the cushion isn’t very much sadly. It’s not worn down AT ALL! This car had to be adult/elderly owned cause the condition is so incredibly impeccable, it’s crazy how gorgeous this car is! Have to clean the trunk carpet cause there was an empty bottle of Method soap and a giant area where the soap leaked out, but a nice detailed wash will take care of that. My car is black and no tint yet, but the AC cools off VERY fast! The sporty steering wheel is so tight with turning, it feels amazing. Love the growl from the exhaust, again completely stock, but upgrade the intake and exhaust right off the bat, increase the 330hp motor easily to 365-375hp for a nice start. And since the engine is bigger than the previous versions, you want a low growl sounding exhaust like the R34. Interior is much bigger than my G35 was, quite a bit larger also, which gives options for TV’s in the headrest and a the audio is Bose all around, so just add some subwoofers and the amps, leave the rest stock since Bose makes really good quality speakers. Yes, you can always upgrade, but I need a theme to start with and see where I go from there. Overall, completely loving my car!!! Still more to explore, but it has every stock upgrade that was available for this car, and I am extremely happy with it!!!

So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.
