Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Well done, Infiniti!

Daniel was very helpful, honest, and open through the process and while there was an error in the price quote for my Volvo XC90, Brandi and Daniel were able to quickly take ownership of the situation and work with me to reach a . Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service. Great and fast car for the money. Reliable as long as you keep up with maintenance. Good alternative then a BMW and cheaper to maintain. Haven’t had any major issues.

Herbert our sales rep was excellent. He was genuine in helping us from the initial phone call through the entire process. Also Ravi who helped us with final paperwork was very good to work with. A negative was the relentless pressure from the finance team in buying extras that weren?t needed. Overall a good experience due to Herbert!

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

I LOVE the Grubbs dealership. They always take such good care of my car and make things go smoothly when it's in the shop. I had quite a bit of work done this time and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Chas Velarde was one of the most outstanding service advisors I have ever worked with. He really listened to my concerns and he has such a wonderful attitude. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the attendants who bring your car to you, are always so nice to deal with. I feel lucky to have bought my car from Grubbs and will always bring my car, that I love, to them for service.

Service has always been first class! All service issues that I have had on the three trucks that I have perchased there have always been serviced to my satisfaction. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

This car is one of the best cars I have ever owned. The ride is smooth and interior is one of the most comfortable I have ever owned. I have about 50k miles on the car and the engine has performed flawlessly. Have only had to spend on normal maintenance.

So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

Angel made the process fast and easy. I drove a few cars but ended up getting my son his dream car, a Mini Cooper S! Angel and team made sure the car was washed and ready before the financing cleared so all I had to do was sign a few papers and drive off. 15 minutes or so.

It’s currently May 2023 and it has 178,000 miles. The 3.7L and the seven speed automatic transmission has been super reliable and still runs as smooth as when I picked it up when it had 35,000 miles. Other than replacing serviceable items that were out because of time. Like the windshield wipers, battery, brake pads and rotors, all 3 drive belt pulleys with tensioner pulley, serpentine belt, cabin air filter once I’ve driven my individual 2015 Infiniti Q70L for the past five years. Love the roominess inside and the way it drives so much that I purchased a second time. It has more noise than some, but I don't find it unpleasant and it is much improved from prior years. Tested another car that was so quiet that it felt strange. I like a little sound when driving. Find it soothing actually. This car feels much roomier inside than others.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I kept expecting the usual car dealer runaround, but it never happened. All I received was personable professionalism from a friendly staff. The process was 100% customer focused. I am not exaggerating in the slightest. I can and will recommend it to anyone without hesitation. The car is great everything about it but the entertainment system is garbage. It’s costing me over 3 grand to replace it. It just stop working. And from doing my research the company knows that this a PROBLEM. And theirs no help for me as a customer. I love my car but 3 grand for a radio is ridiculous. Infiniti should replace all radio systems for free or have some type of copay.

Love my car EXCEPT FOR MY DASHBOARD which is CRACKED EVERYWHERE !! And it has been in a garage the whole time!! What a disappointment!! I remember when it started, I saw other people complaining about it!
