From 2021, when my Q60 was first transported to Infiniti of South Bay for system calibration work, and to date, the quality of services I've received is always spot-on and without equal. Regiment comes to mind, as they operate sort of in lockstep, as a cohesive team of seasoned professionals. And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. My father bought this Infiniti M35x new in 2008, and it has since become a defining presence in my life. It was the car I learned to drive in across the tristate area and has now been passed to me to carry my own children. This morning it had 366,000 miles on the odometer, and it continues to perform remarkably. A dead starter motor at 350,000 milles was the only time it has ever failed to start. While it has required some repairs, mostly for an oil leak (that I should have been able to avoid) and subsequent damage, and isn't a fuel-efficient car, its longevity and durability speak for themselves. The car's highway performance remains outstanding, with powerful acceleration and handling that feels confident even at speed. My mechanic at 350K marveled at how well it performs at such high mileage. It reliably handles my hour-long daily commute and continues to feel as robust as ever.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Car is exactly what I wanted plus more. Drive great with great gas mileage although it takes premium fuel it’s well worth it in the mileage. Highly recommend if u want a smaller vehicle to travel with

First Nissan I bought was a ‘96 Maxima. Second was a ‘16 Maxima Third was an ‘04 Infiniti G35 Current is a ‘12 Infiniti G37X and let me tell you…. It’s the fastest of all the Nissans I’ve owned. Yes for those who don’t know, an Infiniti is a Nissan, just the upgraded version, and they started comparing the first G series as the American replacement for the Skyline since the Skyline is a Nissan, I guess the G series is the replacement for the Skyline? Whatever the case there, immediately started looking for performance upgrades and there is truly a LOT out there! My older brother is the one who first started getting me into the Infiniti cause he has 2 M35’s, both ‘06 and he started posting on down forum for customizing and apparently people from all over the country started asking for those exact aftermarket upgrades. He owns his aftermarket company for customizing cars, trucks, SUC’s, Motorhomes, boats, ATV’s, ATC’s, motorcycles…. You get the idea, and I started checking for all the upgrades I can start putting into my extremely sexy G37X. Mine is the AWD version, so no burning out when hitting the gas, MUCH better control and handling, the power is fantastic!, but of course j want faster and able to corner better. The only thing I don’t like, is the comfort for the leather front seats. They’re heated, so the cushion isn’t very much sadly. It’s not worn down AT ALL! This car had to be adult/elderly owned cause the condition is so incredibly impeccable, it’s crazy how gorgeous this car is! Have to clean the trunk carpet cause there was an empty bottle of Method soap and a giant area where the soap leaked out, but a nice detailed wash will take care of that. My car is black and no tint yet, but the AC cools off VERY fast! The sporty steering wheel is so tight with turning, it feels amazing. Love the growl from the exhaust, again completely stock, but upgrade the intake and exhaust right off the bat, increase the 330hp motor easily to 365-375hp for a nice start. And since the engine is bigger than the previous versions, you want a low growl sounding exhaust like the R34. Interior is much bigger than my G35 was, quite a bit larger also, which gives options for TV’s in the headrest and a the audio is Bose all around, so just add some subwoofers and the amps, leave the rest stock since Bose makes really good quality speakers. Yes, you can always upgrade, but I need a theme to start with and see where I go from there. Overall, completely loving my car!!! Still more to explore, but it has every stock upgrade that was available for this car, and I am extremely happy with it!!!

After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

It’s currently May 2023 and it has 178,000 miles. The 3.7L and the seven speed automatic transmission has been super reliable and still runs as smooth as when I picked it up when it had 35,000 miles. Other than replacing serviceable items that were out because of time. Like the windshield wipers, battery, brake pads and rotors, all 3 drive belt pulleys with tensioner pulley, serpentine belt, cabin air filter once I’ve driven my individual 2015 Infiniti Q70L for the past five years. This car was what I was looking for . All the feature as compare to 2015 models of Toyota or Honda. Back up camera, sunroof v6 power . Great for hills driving .

I have owned my car for 10 years and it is the best investment I have ever made. I love the handling and I have only had to fix a couple of minor issues in the 10 years. It still looks and rides great!
