I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. I havent had any other issues with this car and it is soooo fun to drive and very fast.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I called on Saturday about a infinity g37. Greg answered my call and said ask for him when I came in. When I got there the place was super busy but everyone was friendly. I asked for Greg he already had the car out front for us. He was open and honest about the car. It's a used car at a great price but never would I of thought the salesman would be honest about the condition of it. We test drove it and decided to buy. Greg treated us with respect and honesty through the whole process. I asked that a sensor that Greg told us about be changed and the car given a oil change. Greg said it would be Monday before the car was ready. Greg called me early Monday afternoon and said the car was ready. I came in and completed the sale. I can't speak for anyone else at this dealership but if you want a honest salesman and to be treated right ask for Greg.

Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. They were Reasonable fast and provided quality results. Progress updates could have been a little better. 15 minute heads up if you are not going to hit your goals would be better than 30 minutes late with another 30-40 minutes to go.

I bought my 2010 QX56 almost 6 years ago. For a 2010 vehicle, it only had 130,000 miles. I paid 10k cash for it. I just hit 280,000 miles on it yesterday. The overhead console w/ DVD player and lighting was old and brittle and I hit a pothole and it fell last year. Which is South Carolina's fault. Not Infiniti. Our roads suck here. But the rest of the interior looks like new. I get an average of 18.2 mpg on the interstate and 15.7 mpg in the city. I wish I could upgrade the 18 speaker BOSE head unit, just for a more modern navigation system. But the OEM still works and sounds amazing. My two biggest issues, as of now, with my QX56 are ... The lowering mechanism for the spare tire is horrible. That engineer should be fired. The other is the location of the starter. I won't ruin the surprise, but let's just say.... If you work on your own vehicles, and your starter goes out.... You'll never find it without the help of the Internet. Usually a $100-$150 DIY fix (for the part only) cost me $940 to have replaced. (And that was not at the dealership).... But other than that, the 2010 Infiniti QX56 is the most comfortable, powerful, and spacious vehicle I've ever owned. And just yesterday (3-4-2025) a woman got into my car and immediately said,"wow, this is so nice" .... And almost fainted when I told her it was 15 years old with 280k miles

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.
