This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

I’m a pain in the SS to deal with and I wrote my own rules to the deal. The excepted the terms no problem. I had to call them on a repair, they didn’t blink and said being it in. I’m on my way and I fully expect them to be as classy about it as they were with the whole process. Everyone there not just my sales rep who was great and very courteous too.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. I just bought a CPO 2024 GLE 350, beautiful car, incredible ride,performance,luxury . I didn't think i4 turbo engine was going to be this powerful . I have GLS63 amg but this car drives amazing I don't miss the GLS. It was fast easy pleasant buying experience, at the end I had a minor problem but it was resolved. After driving this amazing car I forgot about it. Silverstar is my dealer and I service all my cars here. If there is any problem at all they have a great management and take take of everything. I usually buy cpo cars, extremely well maintained and serviced vehicles. If you're looking for a best suv for money forget about X5,Q7 Cayenne or Range Rover get a GLE 350, you won't regret it. Amazing car. Don't believe me take a test drive.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

I brought my car in for a minor repair. The service department was professional and got the job done well. It took a bit longer than I expected, but the quality of the work was top-notch, and they kept me informed about the progress.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Contacted South Shore service department for a last minute service. Gloria, in service dept, was accompanying and got me right in. She was very professional, got the oil changed and had the car washed and ready as promised. I recommend their service department as far as the accommodating service I received.
