I flew out for a test drive and walk around of the vehicle prior to signing and Chad was personable, professional, and had great communication both on the phone and in-person. I even made him jump hoops by having it pre inspected at the local BMW dealership. Also helped arrange getting the car shipped down here. This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

First of all, this is a beautiful SUV. We bought a used 2019 Luxe with 41,000k miles. I actually prefer it than the 2022 version in terms of exterior styling. Many consider that interior to be outdated, but I think the proper word is outlasted. There's a reason why they haven't changed this interior very much over the years. It is extremely reliable. It has physical buttons. Sometimes an upgrade in technology isn't always the best especially in a vehicle where reliability is paramount. The legendary VQ V6 is still top notch averaging us a combined 22-23 mpg which is great. My friend's 2015 QX60 has 206,000 miles and has no issues with proper scheduled maintenance. The CVT on this one great compared to its Nissan counterpart. The ride is plush but not as plush as a Lexus RX350. It is a bit more on the sporty side, and that's ok. You do not want to be too disconnected to the road. I think what tops it off is the incredible value it offers compared to our other options that we've looked at: Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, VW Atlas, Lexus GX460, and Audi Q7. Overall this beat all of them.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. We have purchased our fourth vehicle (Toyota Tundra Max cab) from them in the last 12 years and love it. Berkenkotter Motors provide awesome, honest, low pressure used car, truck sales. They stand behind their vehicles if you have any trouble in the short term. Although they sell used cars, RV's , boats, and trucks they are checked over and are of great quality. I did get a great trade in on my 2003 Dodge 2500 long bed. Previously we also purchased from them a 2007 Toyota 4runner, and 2007 Toyota corolla. We had only one small service on the 4 runner. While having five lots, they have a lot of cars to choose from and if they don't have what you want they can get it in a short term. Take the time to meet their friendly staff, Dan, Steve, BJ, Alan, Frankie, Wade, jetty, Hanna, etc. We just love them. We got the financing every time we wanted. We currently are looking at RV's for our retirement travels.

IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

I am late to the game writing about this car. I bought a 2010 in 2014 with 18000 miles on it. it now has about 55K miles on it and i plan to keep it in the family until the wheels fall off. I am no expert on driving SUV's but when I drove it i was hooked. Overall it really is a great car. Two complaints: mediocre gas mileage especially around town, and can be a bit sluggish when pushed hard. have had two weird problems that required attention. 1. the radiator blew out and had to be replaced. 2. not sure how to describe this but water was saturating the driver's side floor board, and it was traced to the drain lines getting clogged. go figure. Overall: Highly recommended.

I bought mine in 2012 with 156,200 miles. I did regular maintenance oil changes, tires, etc. Had to replace an alternator in Jan of 2022. I loved my car until I was hit by 2 cars a pile up on garden of the gods rd in Colorado Springs, CO. Some 18 year old idiot and the person behind him hit me. No injuries to me other than a little neck pain. He just totalled my car July 3rd, 2023. It was going strong with 246,980 miles. I wasn't planning on ever getting rid of it. It looked as good as the day I bought it. The best $6000 dollars I've ever spent. Still dealing with his insurance. It's a good thing he was driving the company van. He totalled the 2017 Toyota Sienna. A total piece of s.......t in my book. Not built very well. The front was all smashed in. Oil and fluid everywhere. My bumper saved me. He hit me with such force that he bent the frame. That's the only reason why I can't get it fixed. I will be keeping this one for parts and eventually buying another one. Oh, mine is still drivable we just cut off the bumper because it was rubbing against the tires. NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. Drives as good as ever. Just doesn't look pretty. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUYING THIS CAR CAN'T SING ENOUGH HIGH PRAISES ABOUT IT.
