I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Brought Q50 in for engine check issue. Chris was fantastic. Was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and apprised me of recommended maintenance items. Repairs and maintenance were first rate. Everything was made convenient.

Really enjoyed this car buying experience. When the car started acting up they were all over it and fo t it to a Ford dealership for diagnostics. Literally refused to let them send the car back until they were satisfied that my car is tip top. Can't say enough about Dave in sales, Phil their awesome mechanic who advocated for me like it was his own car. I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

First of all, this is a beautiful SUV. We bought a used 2019 Luxe with 41,000k miles. I actually prefer it than the 2022 version in terms of exterior styling. Many consider that interior to be outdated, but I think the proper word is outlasted. There's a reason why they haven't changed this interior very much over the years. It is extremely reliable. It has physical buttons. Sometimes an upgrade in technology isn't always the best especially in a vehicle where reliability is paramount. The legendary VQ V6 is still top notch averaging us a combined 22-23 mpg which is great. My friend's 2015 QX60 has 206,000 miles and has no issues with proper scheduled maintenance. The CVT on this one great compared to its Nissan counterpart. The ride is plush but not as plush as a Lexus RX350. It is a bit more on the sporty side, and that's ok. You do not want to be too disconnected to the road. I think what tops it off is the incredible value it offers compared to our other options that we've looked at: Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, VW Atlas, Lexus GX460, and Audi Q7. Overall this beat all of them.

My QX30 sport is a very dependable fast car. I love infinitys for their performance and handling. They retain their value and are reliable upscale transportation. Good gas mileage too.

Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. Very fast friendly response from internet manager letting me know they just took a deposit and the car I asked about was no longer available. Didn’t push anything else which is nice.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.
