I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

Prices were the lowest in 500 mile radius. Brian and Rafael were very antentive w/ no upsale pressure. They presented the invoice ahead of the sale w/ minimul, no charges out of the ordinary. Unfortunately my wife changed her mind on the make she wanted so we didn’t purchase the vehicle she was interested, but I was really impressed with how fast they were to my needs and how transparent they were. Exact oppesite of the normal bad rep car salesman get. I highly recomend.

On 16 May 2025 I purchased a Chevy Equinox 2025 EV from Nimnicht Chevrolet. My salesperson was Hans Ehrman, an internet sales consultant. I selected Hans from numerous sales personnel after reading their bios on the dealership website. I chose to communicate with him by email. There were no phone calls except for one from me on Friday afternoon, saying I was running late for our 2:00 pm appointment. The communication began on Thursday, and by Friday afternoon the sales was completed in person at the Nimnicht dealership. At the close of Thursday, we had agreed on a final price for the Equinox including awards, rebates, taxes, fees and a firm price for my trade. All this was done by email. From start to finish, Hans was the epitome of professionalism and answered all of my questions and concerns in a transparent matter. There were no games played with me and everything was straight forward. This is my third purchase of a Chevrolet vehicle from other dealers in the greater Jacksonville area and this by far was the best buying experience, because of the professionalism of Hans Ehrman. I highly recommend him to all potential buyers.

This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.
