Service Technician named Phil was great as was his staff and staff of Harte Infiniti. Service was performed as scheduled, great to see a lot of service techs working. Phil explained what services were performed, and just as importantly, what not performed as that type of service wasn't needed at this time.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

We have either owned or driven every 3 row suv out there. We have a 22 Pathfinder as well is great too. We picked the qx over a yukon a caddilac xt6,jeep overland and a wagoneer series 2 if you drive one i bet you will too.

I've had my 2022 QX60 Autograph (my 8th Infiniti) for approximately 600 miles, with a 70-mile daily commute, split evenly between highway and country roads. From the moment the Monograph was revealed, I know this was my next car. The wait was long but worth it. Unlike the targeted buyers, I use my cars for both commuting and hauling, and very rarely have the rear seats up. The cargo volume is an important reason for getting the QX60. (My wife drives the QX50.) Everything from Style to Performance are 5-star. With gas prices at all-time highs, I've been averaging between 28 and 30 mpg in eco-mode - that's 45 on the country roads and 65-70 on 95! Never a fan of auto-off at stops, I've found it does add miles to the tank - the computer lets you know- and decreases total emissions. While the beautiful Autograph interior leather, materials, and paint is a subjective taste, the Vision Package, IMO, is an amazing necessity. Once one uses the rear-view mirror camera and Head Up Display, it's hard to imagine driving a car without this package. To improve this vehicle, I can offer two suggestions to NISSAN: 1) offer an option to increase the lane change turn clicks (Hyundai Palisade) and volume, and 2) allow the power side view mirrors to retract when parked and locked, something available in their QX50 - an obvious and goofy oversight. Finally, the most important reason I keep coming back to INFINITI is dependability and safety. Add everything else and the 2022 QX60 comes away a stunning winner.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

Was at the end of lease on my 2019 QX-50, and upgraded to the 2022 QX-55. It’s a great balance between the practical needs of a family of four with a dog and being a mid-30s women who doesn’t want to be a mom all the time. They’ve taken what was great about the QX-50 and fixed a couple of the annoying parts. It still has the Powerful engine with the unique compression that puts it over 28 mpg. A couple changes. The new QX-55 has almost all the interior space of the QX-50. You do lose a tiny bit of trunk space and height for the sporty coupe angle on the trunk. However, we could still easily fit adult skis inside. Twice already this weekend, my husband has borrowed my car when he could have just as easily taken his Infiniti - so sleek and sporty too. Since it’s human to justify a big purchase like this. Let’s chat about the new safety features like the heads up display. We had the cruise with auto breaking in our QX-50 and opted to add lane navigation and departure warnings. This made the highway drive up to Snoqualmie pass this weekend more enjoyable. And I can’t wait to take it on our road trip this summer. But really the change I am loving most is Apple Car Play (it also integrates with Android). Let’s face it the navigation in the older Infiniti’s left a lot to be desired. Now I can get Apple Maps, with my Apple Music (or Spotify or pandora) all while controlling and sending text messages with a push of a button on the steering wheel. We bought ours from Brandon G at Infiniti of Bellevue. They were able to work it to keep our monthly payment the same. So we’re all loving the upgrade and we’re really happy with the package they put together.

One of the smoothest running cars I’ve ever driven. Smart styling and easy handling. Has all the features, amenities and upscale options ones finds distinctive and comfortable. Infiniti did a good job o this one.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Everything I only hoped for. Not only was I able to purchase a car within my budget I got a lot more for my dollar! Energetic , positive, clear and I left with a true feeling of respect. Rick personally went out of his way to provide additional "inspection" of my car at my cost of course and as I scheduled the appointment I already began registration process knowing I had a trustworthy safe car for myself and my son! Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

Like no other experience ever! Was greeted and made to feel at home by a lovely young woman who got a salesman named Dave to assist me with the purchase. Never once was I concerned with how much they were charging me,,why?because the vibe was genuine, honest ,just a down to earth regular guy .whatever he said he would do ,he did ,no B.S. whatsoever. First of all, this is a beautiful SUV. We bought a used 2019 Luxe with 41,000k miles. I actually prefer it than the 2022 version in terms of exterior styling. Many consider that interior to be outdated, but I think the proper word is outlasted. There's a reason why they haven't changed this interior very much over the years. It is extremely reliable. It has physical buttons. Sometimes an upgrade in technology isn't always the best especially in a vehicle where reliability is paramount. The legendary VQ V6 is still top notch averaging us a combined 22-23 mpg which is great. My friend's 2015 QX60 has 206,000 miles and has no issues with proper scheduled maintenance. The CVT on this one great compared to its Nissan counterpart. The ride is plush but not as plush as a Lexus RX350. It is a bit more on the sporty side, and that's ok. You do not want to be too disconnected to the road. I think what tops it off is the incredible value it offers compared to our other options that we've looked at: Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, VW Atlas, Lexus GX460, and Audi Q7. Overall this beat all of them.

Infiniti has always delivered in the exterior design department for their models, with the QX60 in dire need of a redesign and the concept Monograph QX60, I knew the vehicle would look great for the exterior. But where they really “WOW’d” me was the overall package of the vehicle. New for the QX60 is a 9speed auto, and a departure from the dual screen layout for the entertainment system. In addition we get a fully digital 12” instrument cluster, 10.8” HUD. Really bringing the QX60 up to where Infinitis standards should had been. Also adding to the small but valued features, we now get memory seating for the driver. All these new additions to the great build quality and high end materials finished throughout the vehicle, it’s certainly now a car I love to sit behind the wheel of. Talking about that, the 9 speed auto is such a huge improvement over the CVT, those shifts through the gears makes the QX60 feel like it’s not running out of breathe compared to the previous QX60s CVT droning. I am 6 ft 1 inch and my older kids are also my size. Yes Infiniti seems to be gearing the advertising to families with kids but this is not true in my case. We are an older family and we love this SUV especially the long trips. Infiniti really wants to take back its crown for the best selling luxury SUV, although it’s got tougher competition, it will only make Infiniti one step better than it was before.
