I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. I am late to the game writing about this car. I bought a 2010 in 2014 with 18000 miles on it. it now has about 55K miles on it and i plan to keep it in the family until the wheels fall off. I am no expert on driving SUV's but when I drove it i was hooked. Overall it really is a great car. Two complaints: mediocre gas mileage especially around town, and can be a bit sluggish when pushed hard. have had two weird problems that required attention. 1. the radiator blew out and had to be replaced. 2. not sure how to describe this but water was saturating the driver's side floor board, and it was traced to the drain lines getting clogged. go figure. Overall: Highly recommended.

Why would you not want to own a genuine Bionic Cheetah? I have owned the spectrum from VW Beetles to diesel dualies and everything in between. This is the last car I will ever buy, and if it wears out, I will buy another. The perfect blend of performance, functionality for everyday life, reliability, and design so far ahead of its time (and timeless!) that Porsche, BMW, Audi, Genesis, etc are all just now coming out with knock-offs. Just buy it.

My wife had a 2008 with 285,000 miles and wouldn't consider any other car. Now she has the 2015 and I'm driving the 2008. Using the new one for out of town.

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Fun to drive only problem is the outdated infotainment system. i havent had any other issues with it. good if you know how to use the dual clutch

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

I had quite a bit of work done this time and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Chas Velarde was one of the most outstanding service advisors I have ever worked with. He really listened to my concerns and he has such a wonderful attitude. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the attendants who bring your car to you, are always so nice to deal with. I feel lucky to have bought my car from Grubbs and will always bring my car, that I love, to them for service.

The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

The car is very reliable I have never had any problems out of it it’s very modern and easy to adjust to. The car has plenty of leg room, and back seat space. The truck is a great size. The ac works amazing, the windows are tinted. I love this car only selling it because I’m going the the military!

Today I bought a pre-owned Volvo V40. Eric Glover took my call yesterday and sold us the car today. He's a good salesman and made our experience a very pleasant one. Like a lot of dealerships, Grubbs offers add-ons that run the price up. You come to the dealership with a sales price that escalates with extra fees. We wanted the car and Eric helped with getting us a fair deal.

Daniel was very helpful, honest, and open through the process and while there was an error in the price quote for my Volvo XC90, Brandi and Daniel were able to quickly take ownership of the situation and work with me to reach a . Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service. Financing was also a quick, but productive and thorough process with Rick (believe that's his name). Just make sure to keep on to the Latte machine in the Infiniti dealership. Huge bonus :)

I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Super pleased with the car experience with Nesco dealership. Rami was super helpful, truthful and honest. The 2012 Corvette Grand Sport was what I was looking for. Rami held the car for me until I could get to Arlington from Tulsa, Ok. I flew in to Love Field and Ubered to the dealership. The car was detailed immaculately, and presented very professionally. Rami was very patient and not at all overbearing and pushy. Allowed me to drive the car as long as needed. I has some Issues with the car after driving it back to Oklahoma, and Rami and staff stepped up and helped take care the issue. Financing was exceptional.
