A week later, I had a question about one of the settings and returned to the showroom. The team was just as patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. Their professionalism and customer care really stood out to me, and I would definitely choose this showroom again for my next car.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

I was very pleased with the Internet Sales person I worked with. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The dealer was asking a little much at first for the vehicle but I was able to work out a deal and I am very pleased with the quality of the car. I would strongly recommend.

Love this car! It’s gotten me everywhere I needed to be reliably and with no issues. It’s comfortable, luxurious, efficient yet powerful without being overly ostentatious. I especially like the 3.7 Liter v6 engine which is the same engine as in the Nissan 370X. It’s peppery with325 horsepower and rear wheel biased until the car senses a need for additional front wheel drive . I never get stuck.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

My shopping experience at Capitol Mazda was smooth and stress free. Casey Dawes was very helpful in explaining every detail about the vehicle and the purchase. He was very friendly and patient with the bombardment of questions/concerns I had all throughout the purchasing process. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle. Going through the Costco Auto Program helped in saving a couple hundred dollars, and a quicker than usual purchase. To top it off, there's no markups on the vehicles. I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. Air suspension systems generally develop problems after several years. **Resale**: Likely below Lexus but competitive with Navigator and slightly below Escalade. Verdict I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially given local dealership availability and favorable pricing. The electronic issues create some concern for long-term ownership. For shoppers prioritizing style, value, and driving dynamics who can accept some feature omissions, the QX80 deserves consideration in this competitive segment.
