I recently purchased a QX60 for my partner and I brought my G37 in for trade-in. This car has 122000 miles on it and has barely even sniffled. The body needs some panels replaced because it’s been driven by me, my parter and 3 teenagers. The INFINITI dealer offered me $2500 for it in trade. I procrastinated closing the deal. I was reluctant to tell my partner that I just couldn’t part with it for that amount of money. Ultimately I came clean to her. Surprisingly, she agreed, completely. We are going to get the cosmetic things done and keep it around. For a “sedan” it has all the “sports car” in it that a 61 year old needs. I’ve been shopping for cars lately and I can honestly use the old saying, “they don’t make ‘em like this anymore”!

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

I called this dealership and spoke to Wardan the owner on a Tuesday, telling him that I was interested in one of the vehicles that he had on the lot that I wanted to purchase for my wife. I live out of town in Louisiana over 6 hours away and was not going to be able to make it to the dealership until Saturday. I asked if it would be possible for them to hold the vehicle for me to come and purchase for my wife. The dealer agreed to hold the car for me until Saturday when I could come and take a look at it. As it turned out I was able to leave by lunch time on Friday to head to Houston to be able to look at the car on Saturday. I had my wife call the dealership and explain to them that we were going to be coming in on Friday and told them what time we would be getting into town and they said that they would wait for us to arrive which was 45 minutes after their actual closing time. Once they got a copy of my driver's license my wife and I took the car for a test drive, as soon we arrive back in the parking lot Wardan met us in the parking lot. There was no pressure at all, and he answered all of the questions that we had about the vehicle. We went ahead and went through with the purchase of the vehicle which was everything that my wife was looking for. We got a great vehicle at a good price. The dealership made the buying process as easy as possible. The dealership was up front about all of the history of the car and provided us a printout of the Carfax history of the vehicle. This dealer went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and the purchase of our vehicle. Before reaching out to this dealer I had read some of the negative reviews that people had posted. At first I was leery and skeptical because of these reviews. But once I contacted the dealer and spoke to Wardan myself I got the sense that he was not your average fast talking car salesman. So after making the journey from Louisiana to Houston to buy our car I will say that we experienced none of the things that other people had listed in their negative reviews, it was actually quite the opposite. In the future I would definitely return to this dealership for my used car purchases. This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Looks good, drives good, never had any issues with the car, and with over 120K miles still drives like new. We use this car for everything, soccer practice and road trips. no issues just change the oil and drive.
