The sales clerk I spoke with was an xxx hole that has not been trained in sales. If he had been a somewhat professional individual I would have purchased the car. I bought the exact same car from another dealer and am giving you the worst rating possible!

IVE HAD MINE FOR 6 YEARS AND THOUGH MY REAR SHOCKS HAVE WENT OUT THE CAN BE REPLACED WITH NON AIR SHOCKES TO GET THE FEEL BACK.. IVE HAD TO CHANGE MY TIRES 2 TIMES THOUGH .. I HAVE 140000 IN ODOMETER AND IT SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING.. IVE BABIED THE MOTOR OIL CHANGES, GOOD GAS BUT THAT ABOUT IT.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. No pressure in and out within 90 minutes with new van. No money down. Will definitely come back when get ready to buy again.

The car has been on the road 13 years almost, and has 130,000 plus miles, everything still works, windows, radio, AC etc.. and never had to be repaired. It still runs like it did the day I picked it up.

I have a 2012 Infiniti g37 journey that I purchased with 66,000 miles on it in 2022 and would gladly purchase this vehicle again today if I were searching for a reliable vehicle!! One thing that I love is the performance and the quality build!!

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

I loved this car the minute I drove it, and I still love it 8 years later. It is so comfortable, and so nice to drive. I will say that I don't love driving it when the roads are wet (rear wheel drive), and can't imagine driving it in snow or ice. I bought a brand new Honda last year to have something to hold my two 80 pound dogs, and I so prefer this car to the new one. It has been very reliable, also.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.
