IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

You don't find quick service like at McAndrews. So glad that DeMeon was my sales person! He answered all my questions and made sure all documentation was ready to go when I arrived. My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!

So far so good...Still getting to know my new car. Will be driving it around town and can really see the ride. Wish my trunk space was a little bit larger...

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. Very good service, and while they were performing the service you could see the inspection that was performed by video. Most places don't show that to the customer.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

Was a very easy process. Got a trade in value for our vehicle ahead of going to the dealership. Car was ready for us to see when we got there. They didn’t try to put us in anything other than the vehicle we were interested in. Whole process from when we got there to driving off with the new car was only a little over two hours.

Why would you not want to own a genuine Bionic Cheetah? I have owned the spectrum from VW Beetles to diesel dualies and everything in between. This is the last car I will ever buy, and if it wears out, I will buy another. The perfect blend of performance, functionality for everyday life, reliability, and design so far ahead of its time (and timeless!) that Porsche, BMW, Audi, Genesis, etc are all just now coming out with knock-offs. Just buy it.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

I am late to the game writing about this car. I bought a 2010 in 2014 with 18000 miles on it. it now has about 55K miles on it and i plan to keep it in the family until the wheels fall off. I am no expert on driving SUV's but when I drove it i was hooked. Overall it really is a great car. Two complaints: mediocre gas mileage especially around town, and can be a bit sluggish when pushed hard. have had two weird problems that required attention. 1. the radiator blew out and had to be replaced. 2. not sure how to describe this but water was saturating the driver's side floor board, and it was traced to the drain lines getting clogged. go figure. Overall: Highly recommended.

Owned this car from 70k to 203k mileage and it was an amazing car. The only real issues i had was replacing the radiator at 190k miles and my 4WAS light came on at 201k mileage but it didn't effect anything) Very quick car 0-60 (around 5.5 seconds) and fun to mash it at around 40-50 mph

Perfect. Fast . Quality is great. One thing that makes me mad is the 2017 does not have digital speedometer. Who would think to look for that for this year.

My wife had a 2008 with 285,000 miles and wouldn't consider any other car. Now she has the 2015 and I'm driving the 2008. Using the new one for out of town.

I purchased a 2017 QX70s in 2023 with 55k miles. I have the 3.7 v6 with a cold air intake and axle-back exhaust due to old exhaust rusting out up here in the northeast. I compare this to the first gen BMW X5 4.4i in terms of feel/power. Porsche macan/cayenne drivers amongst others stare at the car as I drive by. It has such a unique presence that was ahead of its time. I love it.
