My experience with this dealership was great! They were very prompt with responding to all of my emails. When I arrived at the dealership, they had the car I inquired about in the front and ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. The purchasing process was seamless and quick. The salesman and other staff were very polite and addressed all of my concerns and questions.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Luay, who has earned numerous awards for his star-studded salesmanship, was kind, understanding and patient all through the buying process, going out of his way to gain my trust and confidence. Luay also was able to similarly able to satisfy my brother-in-law in his successful search for a car of his own, even though there were some old, nagging problems with a previous bankruptcy he had in his history. Luay emerged as a hero in helping the young man, who ended up walking out with a used 2012 Chrysler Touring Sedan as his new ride. Unless you have unlimited income or take out a loan, do not have any repairs done at the dealer unless it’s the absolute only place that can perform the job. Other than that it’s a very nice dealership.

So far I'm in Love with the Car. Comfortable Tight Vehicle. I gave the Cadillac Escalade a try for years and they just simply disappointed me . QX80 is a winner.

Two months after buying a truck at Hampton from James Rice, I had a service engine light come on. I brought it into their service dept to get it checked out. Turns out I had a major problem with my engine and I was 23 miles passed my warranty. I thought I was going to have to get a loan to fix it. The service department contacted Toyota for me and pushed the issue until Toyota decided to cover everything....parts, labor and rental when they could have just given me the finger. I will never bring my truck anywhere else for service than Hampton and I will be a return buyer for sure. My salesman couldn't have been nicer and the service department saved my life financially. They have earned my undying loyalty.

Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

We had a great experience with Hampton Toyota from start to finish. My husband had preliminary conversations with Dustin before we even went to the dealership. When we went there, Dustin picked up where they had left off, and assisted us easily in finding the right car at the right price. The car was a birthday gift for our daughter.. so Chance was thoughtful enough to offer to leave the car in our driveway as a grand surprise for our daughter when I brought her home from school today. I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

From sales to finance a non confrontational experience. Todd is gregarious, knowledgeable and just plain unpretentious. Inventory was surprisingly full with most models available. Would I return and/or recommend Hampton…YES! Get together with Todd for a great car buying experience.

This car has met then exceeded my expectations, and then some! It's mind boggling. If you don't like the FJ's design, change it? It has more options than Jeeps these days, and it's appreciating in value!! PEOPLE WANT THEM! Why? Because they rock, they're reliable, easy to work on, can go anywhere, and you can personalize it for what you want or need! If you're in the market look into an FJ, just be prepared to fork over more money than you'd expect and "high miles" are a relative term with these beasts. Think 12-15K miles / year or less for the age, and under means that you're probably getting a steal. Also, KBB is a hard judge, especially if they're completely stock. From commuting, to off roading, river crossing, pulling people out of ditches, and jeeps out of mud holes, this thing can do it all.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Purchased my 2002 extended cab 4 x 4 2500 HD new in 2002, it now has just over 200,000 miles and has the 8.1 L gas motor I’ve never even had to put brakes on it i.e. absolutely love this truck are use mobile one synthetic oil and it’s never giving me any trouble, if I had it to do over again the only thing I would do different is purchase a crew cab instead of the extended cab this is definitely the best I have ever owned and I have been the owner of many As I am 74 years young

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.
