I sent my wife, in to see Jessica on a Friday afternoon in the rain!! On Saturday Jessica delivered the new vehicle as she had worked the deal. I was even able to complete all my paperwork in my home office. The customer service is the best I’ve ever had when making a purchase of this magnitude. I took my 2006 Chevy Tahoe in for service I had an issue with the EMS system. My service consultant was Daniel Gibson. Daniel done an excellent job help me out over our turmoil getting the parts in and getting my vehicle fixed but overall, Daniel was an excellent service representative. Adam was very professional and provided updates in the days following. Unfortunately needed more work done than originally anticipated but appreciate the videos of what was found needing repair. Provided a ride home from the dealership since it wasn't a (same day) quick fix.
