My F150 developed a sudden technology related issue that made it run very poor. A simple text message to my dealer contact resulted in a very quick plan to come pick up my truck. They found a simple programming update for a module and had my truck back to me very quickly, all while I was at work and experience NO inconvenience at all. They always go above and beyond for me!

I feel like I had a great experience at Land RoverWest Chester. I received very quick assistance while on the lot from their salesman MJ. I was able to do several test drives and MJ even drove us to an overflow lot so I could check out all the available colors. He also responded promptly to all of my phone calls and emails. It turned out that they did not have the car on the lot that I wanted. It was only available on a lot in Brooklyn and they worked hard to get it for me and at a very fair price that I was willing to pay. I had two cars to trade in and the offers were below what I needed to afford the car so I did sell them them elsewhere. I was able to see pricing throughout the process and had no surprises when I went to sign the deal. I’m very happy with my 2025 Land Rover discovery sport!

I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

No comment .. I'm not ready to purchase a low used car yet. When I do I will call the dealership.. Hope you have a car like a 2019 Audi A3 AWD 2.0T

The car has been great to drive around town and on very long trips. It gets a lot of luxe because of the uniqueness of the design. We did have some minor issues with the entertainment system and interior lighting. But the dealer was able to fix that with an upgrade to the software. So far, we are happy with it.

This is the way all dealerships should conduct business. The sales consultant, Jackie, made my sale experience as perfect as it gets. Quick, simple, and professional. I've never traded or purchased an automobile with such a smooth process. The process literally took minutes, not hours like other dealerships. I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Jaguar F-Pace SVR with 11,000 miles just over six months ago, and it has completely transformed how much I drive. I used to average 12,000 miles a year in my non-performance vehicles, but with this Jaguar, I’m now clocking nearly 20,000 miles a year simply because I enjoy driving it so much. Whenever I have a tough day, stepping into my F-Pace SVR and starting the engine instantly lifts my spirits. Everything about this SUV is remarkable—the exhaust note, the drive modes, the interior features—it’s all a joy to experience. I’ve never been a fan of using paddle shifters, but this vehicle changed that for me. Merging onto the highway in Sport mode, paddle-shifting through the gears, and hearing the exhilarating chainsaw-like upshifts from the ZF8 transmission is pure adrenaline—it takes me back to feeling like a kid discovering speed for the first time. Though Jaguar is discontinuing its current lineup, I highly recommend grabbing an F-Pace SVR while you still can. A couple of personal tips: I opted for leather performance seats over Alcantara, and I’m so glad I did. They look fantastic, are easy to clean, and have the bonus of seat cooling—perfect for summer. If I had to nitpick a downside, I’d echo what others have mentioned about the hood shaking slightly at higher speeds. While it’s noticeable, it doesn’t bother me, and I’ve come to think of it as a design choice to enhance airflow during high-performance driving. If you’re on the fence about this SUV, don’t hesitate—it’s an incredible vehicle, and I promise you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

Smooth transition. Nice dealership. No high pressure up sale tactics. Definitely worth a look for a future purchase.

The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

I bought (used) the R-Sport diesel in British Racing Green with roof racks. Super cute car, but not real roomy inside. I could complain about a lot of things like no compass and cramped back seat, but for me, the good points outweigh the bad. It has only been in the shop a few times (I'm the 2nd owner, so I figured things would be due to need replacing anyway); the gas mileage is phenomenal - on the highway I've gotten as much as 40mpg - and around town is an easy 30+. I like to stand out from the crowd, and this car certainly does it for me. Overall pretty happy with it!

Unique exterior. Interior of ‘20 a bit plastic - not like a Jaguar. A few confusing controls but well equipped. Better performance than Audi and Mercedes. Good interior space.

I've had the MY21 for just over 3 years, sitting at 54,000miles currently. Not a single issue to report on this car, actually driven VW and Merc before this and it's the most reliable of all my cars so far. Look after it, service it and use good quality fuel and it will keep you smiling for many years. Interior quality far exceeds that of an Audi Q5, Merc GLC and BMW X3. It's a great drive with a luxury yet sporty feel. It doesn't benefit from air suspension but it's a sports SUV and that's why. It does have adaptive dynamics which make it a comfortable and refined drive, dynamic mode give it a really stiff sport feel.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. When a certified pre owned F-Pace SVR became available locally last year, I decided to go for it. The car I bought, at 2024 model year, had only 4,000 miles on it at the time of purchase and was basically new. Yet, it was being offered at nearly $25K off of MSRP. This was a contrast when compared to the Audi RS6 Avant I was also considering, which at time were still trading for over-sticker. I’m not saying this depreciation makes the F-pace cheap by any means, but it did make it an intriguing value proposition. I of course do expect long term depreciation to also be on the heavier side, at least when compared to and Audi RS product. This is my first JLR (Jaguar/Land Rover) product. Coming from mainly German and American cars over the last 10 years, wow am I impressed. I’ve always heard complaints about fit, finish, reliability, etc, but I truly believe that this is a sentiment of the JLR past. The F-Pace has been completely ace. I’ve done almost 10,000 miles in the 7 months I’ve owned it and other than a flat battery that was caused by a small electrical drawl (fuse related fix that was covered under warranty), it’s been perfect. This engine is so lovely, truly one of the best V8s left on the market. Without doubt the best sounding OEM exhaust on any car I’ve owned. The motor is beautifully tuned with a glorious note and nice, even power through the range. It loves to be stretched to high RPMS but is just as happy around town with plenty of low down torque. The car has been surprising “good” on fuel all things considered and does the daily driver, comfort and quiet around town thing surprisingly well. In fact, I found the ride to be softer than many of the competitors I drove (BMW and M-Benz specifically). The interior design is great. I am thrilled to still have buttons for climate control, volume, drive modes, and other features. Quality is great through out, especially at this price. I would say it’s on par with BMW and of course Land Rover. It isn’t quite as good as Porsche but it is better than the plastic filled M-Benz products of the same model year. Apple car play works perfectly, screen is quick and nice resolution. My few complainers for the interior are as follows: Center console storage is small. I’d like to see USB-C ports in place of the many cigarette style outlets. Instrument cluster looks a little outdated when compared to the newer infotainment screen in the center. The exterior is beautiful in my opinion, although I do feel it’s starting to look a little dated. I think this SUV will age very well (just as the first gen F-type has). Although all modern cars look very similar to one another, I do feel this stands out over many competitors. The ride quality has been great. 0-60 is nuts, and not needed, but fun. In sport mode the cornering is very sharp. Little body roll without making it BMW x5 comp harsh. 8 speed gear box is quick and hasn't given me any issues. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend the F-type SVR. I have no plans to replace this soon and can’t recommend this enough. Other than MPG concerns and a few personal preferences in interior sizing, I have no complaints or issues.

I really appreciate TLWG because of Bill Lind. It is great that they’ll do routine maintenance on other vehicles. I have an older Honda and they still take my car and give it the best service possible. I mentioned that my windshield kept fogging up and they went out of the way to include that in the complimentary wash and vacuum even though they were busy! As well I love the free multipoint inspection bc I had no idea that my rear brake light was out and they caught that. I’m very grateful for their exemplary customer service. This car fits our needs. Roomy interior but not bulky. Good trunk space and features are user friendly. Just own it for a week, but so far very satisfied.

Not only is this a gorgeous looking car, but its performance is superb - on the open road, in snow and blizzards - I have never felt safer than when I have driven this F-Pace. Leg room is great, seats are comfortable, handling is impeccable, sound is super. Lots of trunk space. Quiet interior. All in all, a pleasure to drive and experience some real power.

Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.

After plenty of research, I purchased a used 2018, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport model, with 27,000 miles. It’s beautiful. Exterior color is Indus Silver and flawless. The interior is black leather with cream color stitching. A+ on comfort, from smooth driving to seat comfort with front and rear adjustable seats all with seat heaters. Cargo area is roomy. Car came with carpet and rubber, silver logo’d floor mats. Sunroof is front and back. Headlights auto adjust depending on darkness of road. This 4-cylinder turbo has eco, comfort, and sport mode with plenty of power and torque. Interior has plenty of room for front and back passengers. Great gas mileage at 27+ miles/gallon. I purchased this edgy, stylish, yet aggressive car to commute with, and couldn’t be happier. I own 3 BMW’s: a 740i, 528i, and 330i… I took a chance on Jaguar, and I LOVE this car!
