I am in the market for a nice used car for my wife and the team over at Auto Park Imports mainly the gentleman named Zazar were fabulous. He was very attentive and understanding of our needs and was not pushy in any way. We did not purchase yet but plan on making our next purchase with Nazar souls based off of our last interaction.

Bought a certified used XJ 3.0 AWD. Amazing ride. As smooth at 100 as it is at 40. Comfortable for long road trips, and nimble enough for downtown. Surprisingly fast acceleration... especially for the poor soul who want to try against it. This is the only car I've ever owned I plan to keep forever.

When I walk past a super new expensive boutique car like a Bentley or a super Mercedes, I sometimes peak in the window and still not sure if I'd trade my current 2011 xf in for it. I bought it second hand and the private jaguar specialist I took it to noted it was a "bulletproof 3.0L V6." It is easily the most reliable car I've ever owned and the ride, power, comfort, styling and equipment make it a pleasure to drive and pleasure to own. Pure pleasure. I intend on holding onto it for as long as I can. You must get an Manual service and sure, sometimes a particular part is comically more expensive than it's equivalent part in a humble Ford or Toyota. But it's not ridiculously expensive like a Porsche and it's worth giving it love and attention.

I bought (used) the R-Sport diesel in British Racing Green with roof racks. Super cute car, but not real roomy inside. I could complain about a lot of things like no compass and cramped back seat, but for me, the good points outweigh the bad. It has only been in the shop a few times (I'm the 2nd owner, so I figured things would be due to need replacing anyway); the gas mileage is phenomenal - on the highway I've gotten as much as 40mpg - and around town is an easy 30+. I like to stand out from the crowd, and this car certainly does it for me. Overall pretty happy with it!

Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, and other luxury brands, but this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. By the way, the vehicle, a Lexus LC 500 convertible is incredible as well!

Did business with them on and off over many years. They went from “OK” to “Excellent”. I own several luxury vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. I dread going to any dealership getting through the hole purchase spiel. But this time it was a pleasure. Purchased a new Range Rover. And they made the experience a great one. The sales lady (Viridiana) was very knowldgable and we got a fair offer on our tradein from the getgo. No games, no xx. I purchased a 96 Caprice from this dealer.....buying experience was top notch. They answered all of my many questions about the car, negotiated price with me and had the car delivered in record time. The vehicle arrived in an enclosed trailer, was clean and ran perfectly. There were no issues with the car that I found. Normal wear and tear for a 21 year old car but very clean and taken care of. I've owned 8 Corvettes, an M3, M4, a 528, Porsche 911 C4S, an Audi A4, Audi A5, Mercedes E550, Cadillac ATS4, a Volvo, three VWs, many pick up trucks and SUVs, so I have a lot of varied experience with different types of vehicles. Two weeks ago I bought my first Jaguar, an F Type R convertible. So far I love the car. It looks good, it's really fast, ride is comfortable for what it is and it sounds great. Let me address a couple of the complaints I've seen online. First, that the interior is cramped. Based on my experience it's no more cramped than other sports cars I've owned and driven. In fact it feels more spacious than the 2017 C7 Grand Sport I also own. The Vette has more/better tech. Technology is the one area I think the Jag is lacking. The trunk space is very limited but it's a sports car. I've seen online comments that if your bag is bigger than a loaf of bread it won't fit. Not true. You can fit a couple of overnight bags in the trunk of my convertible. A word about the exhaust sound. It seems everyone loves the extra loud exhaust. I do to...sometimes. The good news is that you can have it both ways. In "normal" mode it just has a nice growl and is actually rather quiet. But put it in dynamic mode and it has a completely different personality. I really like the fact you can have it both ways. Quiet or loud, beauty or beast, at least on the 2018. The only piece of the puzzle missing at this point is reliability. If it proves to be reliable I'll have no regrets. Time will tell.

The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

Great auto. Fast and comfortable. Had to clean out the garage because this baby has to be put inside. Neighbor said if he saw me driving Jag in the winter he would call Jaguar and have the car taken away from me. It is an all wheel drive!!!!

Bought a Porsche Panamera had a good deal and great service I will be back again

After plenty of research, I purchased a used 2018, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport model, with 27,000 miles. It’s beautiful. Exterior color is Indus Silver and flawless. The interior is black leather with cream color stitching. A+ on comfort, from smooth driving to seat comfort with front and rear adjustable seats all with seat heaters. Cargo area is roomy. Car came with carpet and rubber, silver logo’d floor mats. Sunroof is front and back. Headlights auto adjust depending on darkness of road. This 4-cylinder turbo has eco, comfort, and sport mode with plenty of power and torque. Interior has plenty of room for front and back passengers. Great gas mileage at 27+ miles/gallon. I purchased this edgy, stylish, yet aggressive car to commute with, and couldn’t be happier. I own 3 BMW’s: a 740i, 528i, and 330i… I took a chance on Jaguar, and I LOVE this car!

Unique exterior. Interior of ‘20 a bit plastic - not like a Jaguar. A few confusing controls but well equipped. Better performance than Audi and Mercedes. Good interior space.

Got this car 2.0 turbo diesel love it. Just wish it had remote start. Not really sure if mine had remote or not time read manual.

I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.
