Bought the 2008 coupe with 68,000 miles in 2016. Indigo blue with metal flake, I felt it was a little over the top but it had a beautiful tan interior in perfect condition and burled wood dash. The car paint was damaged with I guess bird droppings the size of a quarter over the hood mostly. The dealer was a used car lot in Oceanside CA with some higher end cars and commercial trucks. I drove in on a Friday and expressed interest in the car, the salesman said why don’t you take it home for the weekend? So I did . Took it back to San Diego and since the Jag dealer there was open and luckily not busy I asked for them to check it our which they did. $225 later the dealer said it was good. Put up on the rack and had me go into the shop having the mechanic showing me underbody ( “has 8 years experience servicing XKs”). Having been a working stiff all my life I felt like I was the King of Norway with this very special treatment, as a teenager in 1968 there was a Jag dealer on Beach Blvd with two surf boards on top of my VW and sandy feet I walked into the dealer and saw Canary yellow XKE for about 11,000$. My 66 Bug cost me $1550 with 50$ a month payments. I think they humored me because we had our 17 year old girlfriends Bikini clad with us. Asked how much are the monthly payments, of course he said “ son most pay cash”. I now have 185,000 miles on my 2008 XK. Still runs great with the same engine and trans. At about 95,000 miles the trans seals started to leak. San Diego Jag agreed to fix the seals, went to two other Jag dealers who refused and would only install a new one or rebuilt. 750$ later I am out the door with that trans still going strong. Had problems with the AC drain pan leaking into the passenger side floor. The fix was to replace the drain with 3/4” drain assembly took several trips to the dealer for the final fix to work. The most aggravating has been the AM radio which I am told needs a 4000$ replacement of a modal. Siri XM works fine with the 5 disk player. Had have the car painted, hood and passenger side of the car. Oceanside certified Jaguar body shop. Had a bad door ding with the bird droppings, after 3 weeks I got the car. Afraid I would end up with a spotted leopard, it was perfect! My daily driver is so much fun driving thru Newport to my job every day. Getting raved by Ferraris another exotic cars occasionally just caps my day.

Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

I got a flat tire Sunday night. I called the service center and the automated system was able to get me in the next morning. They had my tires in stock and my dealer sold warranty covered the tire replacements that I needed. Got it all done in a couple hours.

Paul was great to work with. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Paul knew I was an hour away from the dealer, and was very honest over the phone regarding the details of the car (most dealers are not). His manager Nick was also very honest and great to work with. He was very creative to think of ways to close the deal, to get us both what we want in the end. Thanks guys!

Beautiful car, great handling. Comfortable and powerful for a sport wagon. Love the sound of the supercharger, but remarkably quiet inside. A real head turner!

I've had the MY21 for just over 3 years, sitting at 54,000miles currently. Not a single issue to report on this car, actually driven VW and Merc before this and it's the most reliable of all my cars so far. Look after it, service it and use good quality fuel and it will keep you smiling for many years. Interior quality far exceeds that of an Audi Q5, Merc GLC and BMW X3. It's a great drive with a luxury yet sporty feel. It doesn't benefit from air suspension but it's a sports SUV and that's why. It does have adaptive dynamics which make it a comfortable and refined drive, dynamic mode give it a really stiff sport feel.

Did business with them on and off over many years. They went from “OK” to “Excellent”. I own several luxury vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. I dread going to any dealership getting through the hole purchase spiel. But this time it was a pleasure. Purchased a new Range Rover. And they made the experience a great one. The sales lady (Viridiana) was very knowldgable and we got a fair offer on our tradein from the getgo. No games, no xx. Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

I must say that my experience buying a new Jaguar at Motor Werks was wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. So many in fact that I would consider myself an expert at buying a car. So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. From the management on down the ladder - these guys are good honest people. They worked with me. They listened to everything I said and we made a great deal for both of us. A total win win. There are plenty of Jaguar dealers to choose from and I am sure that most of them are great. But my money is on Motor Werks and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Jeff Swift was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. A real nice guy! Raul Tomsa was the manager who assisted in making the deal happen. He was equally knowledgeable and willing to work with me. I've owned 8 Corvettes, an M3, M4, a 528, Porsche 911 C4S, an Audi A4, Audi A5, Mercedes E550, Cadillac ATS4, a Volvo, three VWs, many pick up trucks and SUVs, so I have a lot of varied experience with different types of vehicles. Two weeks ago I bought my first Jaguar, an F Type R convertible. So far I love the car. It looks good, it's really fast, ride is comfortable for what it is and it sounds great. Let me address a couple of the complaints I've seen online. First, that the interior is cramped. Based on my experience it's no more cramped than other sports cars I've owned and driven. In fact it feels more spacious than the 2017 C7 Grand Sport I also own. The Vette has more/better tech. Technology is the one area I think the Jag is lacking. The trunk space is very limited but it's a sports car. I've seen online comments that if your bag is bigger than a loaf of bread it won't fit. Not true. You can fit a couple of overnight bags in the trunk of my convertible. A word about the exhaust sound. It seems everyone loves the extra loud exhaust. I do to...sometimes. The good news is that you can have it both ways. In "normal" mode it just has a nice growl and is actually rather quiet. But put it in dynamic mode and it has a completely different personality. I really like the fact you can have it both ways. Quiet or loud, beauty or beast, at least on the 2018. The only piece of the puzzle missing at this point is reliability. If it proves to be reliable I'll have no regrets. Time will tell.

Same day service for belts and spark plugs. In and out the door fast. I even went to the wrong branch and was still served! Wonderfully efficient.

Unique exterior. Interior of ‘20 a bit plastic - not like a Jaguar. A few confusing controls but well equipped. Better performance than Audi and Mercedes. Good interior space.
