I had a problem with road noise, thought it was the tire. Replaced the tires, still there! Repair shop replaced U-joints and center shaft bearings, still there! Carrier bearings in the IRS rear-end. Drives like a dream now. New paint and limo tinted windows. Fit for my Queen Martine!

My 2008 S-Type Jaguar is far and away the best car I have owned over the past 50 years. A beautiful build, plenty of power, loads of amenities and problem free.....drives like a Jaguar! Best part is that it looks like a classic Jaguar and I get high /waves where ever we drive. Like driving a show car. Never any issues at all!

If you are after comfort and looks, this is the car for you, but, and here's the big but, be prepared to spend more than normal for maintenance. It is a Jaguar, and that is a small company, and there are not that many dealers to take the car to, and when you do, bring a full wallet or a very good credit card. Not a sports car. This is a grand touring car, and not something for the race track. It is pretty quick for what it is, and it does handle well.

The interior is the classic wood and leather trim you rearly find now in today?s cars. I love this car and it hurts thst I need to sell it.

When I walk past a super new expensive boutique car like a Bentley or a super Mercedes, I sometimes peak in the window and still not sure if I'd trade my current 2011 xf in for it. I bought it second hand and the private jaguar specialist I took it to noted it was a "bulletproof 3.0L V6." It is easily the most reliable car I've ever owned and the ride, power, comfort, styling and equipment make it a pleasure to drive and pleasure to own. Pure pleasure. I intend on holding onto it for as long as I can. You must get an Manual service and sure, sometimes a particular part is comically more expensive than it's equivalent part in a humble Ford or Toyota. But it's not ridiculously expensive like a Porsche and it's worth giving it love and attention.

Love my car. Esthetically beautiful. Only two thi gs i can complain about-the cup holder design sucks and rims made cheaply chrome plated not chrome rims. Began peeling off immediately. Other than that love my car. Oh and if your expecting superior speed. You'd be disappointed.

This was my first Luxury car I bought Also the first car I bought online and in another state. This car was everything I thought it would be for a luxury car. The only down side was there was a lot of maintenance need to keep this kind of car running correctly. But would I do it again, YES I would nothing beats drive a Jaguar.

I have a 2003 xtype manual AWD. One of the best cars I've owned. Had it 8 years now and no mechanical issues. I've replaced the front suspension parts as needed. Mine has 143000 miles on it and will still do 130 mph. Fun car to drive, and very reliable. The parts are fairly inexpensive if you don't buy from Jag. And any repairs or maintenance is pretty simple like any other car. It has gone through tires faster than most cars but still worth owning. The one problem I have with the car is, insurance tends to be really high for some reason. The car does depreciate fairly rapidly. I will have this car many more years.

Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. Easy deals. Most cars in good condition and low miles etc. They keep up in bringuna in bewar cans thats a big plus for me.

I own this vehicle and bought it with 168k miles. Maintenance is often sometimes, and can be expensive but if you can get past that the car performs well and handles well too. Would recommend as a cheaper/reliable car.

Was just rear-ended in my 2003 X Type 3.0, by a half-ton traveling at highway speeds. I was stopped at a light. I lost pretty much everything in the trunk but walked away from the accident. The car had been in perfect condition inside and out and had given me months of uninterrupted service. The car was a perfect match in color for my XK8 - both black with tan leather. It was quickly becoming my favorite car ever, even though it had a way to go to match the Jaguar convertible it matched. The car was universally liked by every one who saw it.

Hi my name is bizzo. Just bought my Jag. It has 177klms on the clock. Got it cheap from an old fella in Cranbourne VIC Australia. It is a beautiful car, goes crazy fast and handles itself awesome in all conditions. I named her Millie after my amazing mum.

I bought XJ8VDP in 2004 at 23,000 miles. I still own it in 2024 with 192000+ miles. Chain tensioners failed but after repairs, the motor has never failed. Burns no oil, leaks nothing. The coach is still the most beautiful design ever, timeless. Fit and finish in the interior remains perfect. I had to replace the headliner and front seat skins. The rear doorlock actuators also failed but these things can't go forever. A little fiddling and it's perfect, again. It's really my favorite car .. others are 2014 Porsche, 1996 Dodge Viper, 1959 Jaguar XK150. THIS ONE (and the 59) turns heads at gas stations every time.
