I've had the MY21 for just over 3 years, sitting at 54,000miles currently. Not a single issue to report on this car, actually driven VW and Merc before this and it's the most reliable of all my cars so far. Look after it, service it and use good quality fuel and it will keep you smiling for many years. Interior quality far exceeds that of an Audi Q5, Merc GLC and BMW X3. It's a great drive with a luxury yet sporty feel. It doesn't benefit from air suspension but it's a sports SUV and that's why. It does have adaptive dynamics which make it a comfortable and refined drive, dynamic mode give it a really stiff sport feel.

Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

Not only is this a gorgeous looking car, but its performance is superb - on the open road, in snow and blizzards - I have never felt safer than when I have driven this F-Pace. I had a 2106 Cayman. I was hesitant about moving into a Jaguar. However after I drove the car (P300), I was convinced. It drove as well as the Cayman but has a better ride. Jaguar gives you a lot of options standard whereas Porsche charges much more. Examples: torque-vectoring, navigation and launch control- all standard. PLUS a $8000 rebate. These cars are going to disappear.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

As I said in the title, I LOVE my F-Pace S. If you have one with the InControl Touch Pro system (wider screen with no buttons on the sides - included in the Tech package with the electronic gauges) your 2017+ FP should qualify for a FREE software update. This update requires a trip to the dealer, but it adds Apple CarPlay/Android Auto as well as the ability to receive Software Over The Air (SOTA) updates. Now on with the review... I’m in my 40’s and I’ve barely kept a vehicle for more than 3-4 years since I was 16, so I’ve had a few. The F-Pace is one of my favorite vehicles I’ve ever owned. The SC 3.0 is efficient when you need it to be (I’ve got 27.1 mpg avg on 2hr+ interstate trips - not bad for almost 400hp) and has more power than most will ever need when you click it into Sport/Dynamic modes. The exhaust sound is glorious, not quite the growl of the SVR, but still pretty great and a lot cheaper. It actually sounds like an F-Type since it’s one of the engines they put in there as well. It’s comfortable, but it’s definitely more of a “sport” biased SUV so you’ll feel the bumps in the road transmit to the cabin more than a more luxury biased model. The optional 22” wheels on mine don’t help the situation, so if you want a more plush ride, opt for the standard 20” wheels because that extra rubber will help smooth out the ride a bit. It’s not as cushy as the JGC Overland I traded in on it, but the FP’s handling and performance is worlds better than the Jeep until you get into the SRT range. The FP definitely gets more attention than the Jeep, since they’re still pretty rare. Cargo room is actually very good, and almost as big as the Jeep, which is a class above the FP in size. The FP has much more cargo space than its closest competitor, the Porsche Macan. I love the Macan, but I have kids, so it was a no-go due to its tiny cargo area. Being from the Jaguar/Land Rover company, the FP seems to have much better off-road/AWD performance than the Macan as well. That was important to me since I work in healthcare where we don’t have the luxury to miss work because of bad weather, and I occasionally drive to rental cabins in the mountains on less than stellar roads. From what I’ve seen in reviews and heard from other owners who have had their FP’s in some rough conditions, is that Land Rover definitely had some input with the Adaptive Surface Response (AdSR) mode on the Jag. You can pick from options like Low Friction Start and All Surface Progress Control (ASPC) - which is basically like hill ascent/descent control that uses the systems of the car to help keep you slowly making progress on slippery/loose surfaces. I tried driving up a steep hill of wet grass on ultra high performance Conti DWS 06 tires using ASPC and low friction launch, and I was amazed. I don’t think my JGC on BFG A/T’s could have done any better. So in conclusion, I think the FP is an amazing vehicle that’s practical in terms of storage, hauling, and towing capacity, while still handling and driving like a sports sedan. No vehicle is perfect, but the FP is a great compromise of sport and utility.

E-Pace is a great SUV - classy but functional, spunky as it looks - 0 to 60mph in no time - and it certainly doesn’t hurt to have the “Jaguar” cat insignia staring at everyone behind you on the highway...Envy.

I purchased this car about 6 years ago (5.0 n/a XK). From a design perspective, it still holds up and looks modern. I actually like the looks of the base models as they don't have all of the side skirts and aero that change the lines of the original design a bit. The front was slightly redesigned in 2012 and looks a little more aggressive. Performance is great, end the sound of the engine when you get on the gas is addictive. Heated/Cooled seats with 16 way adjustments are great. Back seat is good for some soft luggage. I don't put a lot of miles on the car, but besides yearly oil changes my main cost has been tires. The 20" wheels & tires on this car look great... but stay away from potholes if you can. If you can get the car with 19" wheels... do it... they have some more sidewall. I've replaced both front tires due to pothole hits splitting the sidewalls. If you can't get the 19s, get a road hazard plan when you buy tires. The only other complaint is the touch screen. It is very outdated and slow... only saving grace is that it supports usb mp3 playback (no bluetooth music... only calls). There is not a ton of aftermarket add ons for these cars (exhaust and wheels) and if you get into an accident in an old one, don't be surprised if your car gets totaled out for even seemingly minor damage due to the cost of aluminum body repair. I love this car for roadtrips with the wife, and weekend drives... but I have a Subaru for driving the kids and bad weather.

Stunning looking very comfortable silky smooth ride and effortless driving performance. 2005 year and over 100000 miles with jaguar full service history. A true classic that puts a smile on my face every day

My only reasons I sold mine was 1st. The restricted performance mode. No other American made supercharged car has this idiotic and dangerous mode. 2nd. The dealers rip you off for parts purchases. I needed a new engine start button. $210.00? For a plastic button likely made in china for 35c.
