I've only had it a few weeks. So, can't speak to reliability. But design, inside a d out, is fabulous. Engine performance (and sound) is great. Ride is a bit more calm than I expected, which is nice since this is mostly a GT for me. But, even with that forgiveness, it is planted in corners. Great blend. I won't be doing track days, so the 450 is all I need. Value is debatable for a car/toy like this. But, I have no buyer remorse, so that says something!

I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had a better experience than I did with the team at Jake Kaplan’s. My salesperson Brian was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Jaguar F-Pace SVR with 11,000 miles just over six months ago, and it has completely transformed how much I drive. I used to average 12,000 miles a year in my non-performance vehicles, but with this Jaguar, I’m now clocking nearly 20,000 miles a year simply because I enjoy driving it so much. Whenever I have a tough day, stepping into my F-Pace SVR and starting the engine instantly lifts my spirits. Everything about this SUV is remarkable—the exhaust note, the drive modes, the interior features—it’s all a joy to experience. I’ve never been a fan of using paddle shifters, but this vehicle changed that for me. Merging onto the highway in Sport mode, paddle-shifting through the gears, and hearing the exhilarating chainsaw-like upshifts from the ZF8 transmission is pure adrenaline—it takes me back to feeling like a kid discovering speed for the first time. Though Jaguar is discontinuing its current lineup, I highly recommend grabbing an F-Pace SVR while you still can. A couple of personal tips: I opted for leather performance seats over Alcantara, and I’m so glad I did. They look fantastic, are easy to clean, and have the bonus of seat cooling—perfect for summer. If I had to nitpick a downside, I’d echo what others have mentioned about the hood shaking slightly at higher speeds. While it’s noticeable, it doesn’t bother me, and I’ve come to think of it as a design choice to enhance airflow during high-performance driving. If you’re on the fence about this SUV, don’t hesitate—it’s an incredible vehicle, and I promise you won’t be disappointed

Ability to get vehicle in for routine maintenance was easy. Oil change, tire rotation, safety inspection was completed in a timely manner. The few additional service items that were identified were recommended to wait for next service at the 20K maintenance event.

Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

When I arrived, Gabby, Renee, and the rest of the ladies were friendly, courteous, and really made me feel as though they cared about me and the vehicle. Not hoping to go back soon but I hope that they're still there with the Give A Heck Vibe.

I bought (used) the R-Sport diesel in British Racing Green with roof racks. Super cute car, but not real roomy inside. I could complain about a lot of things like no compass and cramped back seat, but for me, the good points outweigh the bad. It has only been in the shop a few times (I'm the 2nd owner, so I figured things would be due to need replacing anyway); the gas mileage is phenomenal - on the highway I've gotten as much as 40mpg - and around town is an easy 30+. I like to stand out from the crowd, and this car certainly does it for me. Overall pretty happy with it!

After plenty of research, I purchased a used 2018, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport model, with 27,000 miles. It’s beautiful. Exterior color is Indus Silver and flawless. The interior is black leather with cream color stitching. A+ on comfort, from smooth driving to seat comfort with front and rear adjustable seats all with seat heaters. Cargo area is roomy. Car came with carpet and rubber, silver logo’d floor mats. Sunroof is front and back. Headlights auto adjust depending on darkness of road. This 4-cylinder turbo has eco, comfort, and sport mode with plenty of power and torque. Interior has plenty of room for front and back passengers. Great gas mileage at 27+ miles/gallon. I purchased this edgy, stylish, yet aggressive car to commute with, and couldn’t be happier. I own 3 BMW’s: a 740i, 528i, and 330i… I took a chance on Jaguar, and I LOVE this car!

I had a 2106 Cayman. I was hesitant about moving into a Jaguar. However after I drove the car (P300), I was convinced. It drove as well as the Cayman but has a better ride. Jaguar gives you a lot of options standard whereas Porsche charges much more. Examples: torque-vectoring, navigation and launch control- all standard. PLUS a $8000 rebate. These cars are going to disappear.

The team here is second to none! The service is stellar across the board. I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience when buying a vehicle. IThey truly do treat you more like a family friend than a bag of money. The personal aspect is what makes me smile when I think of this team. I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Edwin Nieves our salesman buying a traded in Lexus. Long story short I called JLR Fort Lauderdale up after a failed purchase at another dealership where they sold the car before I arrived. Edwin picked up the phone at 4 pm and got me the credit application within 5 minutes. Drew even came in on Sunday his day off to complete the transaction with me. They are open on Sundays. The whole purchasing experience was top notch and absolutely speaks to the standard of JLR Fort Lauderdale and how they train their staff. They even detailed the car for us on Sunday before we took it for a final test drive, then sent us home with a full tank of gas. Just like any other place you buy cars try not to buy any of the extended warranties and junk they try to sell you on in the finance office like wheel protection, engine protection on a brand-new car or a car still under factory warranty. I will definitely consider buying here if I need a Land Rover.

When a certified pre owned F-Pace SVR became available locally last year, I decided to go for it. The car I bought, at 2024 model year, had only 4,000 miles on it at the time of purchase and was basically new. Yet, it was being offered at nearly $25K off of MSRP. This was a contrast when compared to the Audi RS6 Avant I was also considering, which at time were still trading for over-sticker. I’m not saying this depreciation makes the F-pace cheap by any means, but it did make it an intriguing value proposition. I of course do expect long term depreciation to also be on the heavier side, at least when compared to and Audi RS product. This is my first JLR (Jaguar/Land Rover) product. Coming from mainly German and American cars over the last 10 years, wow am I impressed. I’ve always heard complaints about fit, finish, reliability, etc, but I truly believe that this is a sentiment of the JLR past. The F-Pace has been completely ace. I’ve done almost 10,000 miles in the 7 months I’ve owned it and other than a flat battery that was caused by a small electrical drawl (fuse related fix that was covered under warranty), it’s been perfect. This engine is so lovely, truly one of the best V8s left on the market. Without doubt the best sounding OEM exhaust on any car I’ve owned. The motor is beautifully tuned with a glorious note and nice, even power through the range. It loves to be stretched to high RPMS but is just as happy around town with plenty of low down torque. The car has been surprising “good” on fuel all things considered and does the daily driver, comfort and quiet around town thing surprisingly well. In fact, I found the ride to be softer than many of the competitors I drove (BMW and M-Benz specifically). The interior design is great. I am thrilled to still have buttons for climate control, volume, drive modes, and other features. Quality is great through out, especially at this price. I would say it’s on par with BMW and of course Land Rover. It isn’t quite as good as Porsche but it is better than the plastic filled M-Benz products of the same model year. Apple car play works perfectly, screen is quick and nice resolution. My few complainers for the interior are as follows: Center console storage is small. I’d like to see USB-C ports in place of the many cigarette style outlets. Instrument cluster looks a little outdated when compared to the newer infotainment screen in the center. The exterior is beautiful in my opinion, although I do feel it’s starting to look a little dated. I think this SUV will age very well (just as the first gen F-type has). Although all modern cars look very similar to one another, I do feel this stands out over many competitors. The ride quality has been great. 0-60 is nuts, and not needed, but fun. In sport mode the cornering is very sharp. Little body roll without making it BMW x5 comp harsh. 8 speed gear box is quick and hasn't given me any issues. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend the F-type SVR. I have no plans to replace this soon and can’t recommend this enough. Other than MPG concerns and a few personal preferences in interior sizing, I have no complaints or issues.

Salesman Jack was excellent. Paperwork lady was not very personable. When I told her I did not want any add on cost her customer friendly attitude quickly changed. I was lead to believe theft coverage was part of the sale only to determine it was an additional $749 cost that I did not want. She became very defensive.

I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

I've had the MY21 for just over 3 years, sitting at 54,000miles currently. Not a single issue to report on this car, actually driven VW and Merc before this and it's the most reliable of all my cars so far. Look after it, service it and use good quality fuel and it will keep you smiling for many years. Interior quality far exceeds that of an Audi Q5, Merc GLC and BMW X3. It's a great drive with a luxury yet sporty feel. It doesn't benefit from air suspension but it's a sports SUV and that's why. It does have adaptive dynamics which make it a comfortable and refined drive, dynamic mode give it a really stiff sport feel.

Drew was there from our first call until we went home with a new Chevy. He worked hard to get us where we needed to be financially. Explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle we purchased. Drew was also there for some follow up calls, very patient and kind. We will definitely return for our next vehicle

Excellent fuel efficiency in the diesel model; approximately 34/35mpg on country back roads and highway driving. The connectivity with Apple play is confusing to me as is the gps navigation system but that might just be a European way of designing the system. This mid size suv is lovely and elegant and something not everyone owns.
