I found this place on google after searching for a new car for me to buy. Fortunately, the last car I bought for $17,300 was totaled (minor fender bender but airbags went off) and valued at $19,200 by insurance, meaning I had a good chunk towards a different car. I emailed Jasin about this 2016 X5 50i since it caught my eye with all of the packages and features it has and I got a reply within 25 minutes of doing so. The process was made very simple and to the point which I appreciate. When I get to Skokie he had everything already signed on his end so all I had to do was sign my parts, and after the test drive and some small talk about the car, I bought it and was in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes. Bought it on 2015 with 74000 miles, excellent car, pleasure to drive it everyday! I put new Arnott Air shocks , 4 new tires and regular oil changes! I have 99000 miles now and still going strong!

Our 2018 FType R Dynamic sure makes it fun to be bad! In the Caldera Red it's a standout with sexy good looks. The black package on red makes it look aggressive and fast! The high performance seats are comfortable and adjust to fit for a perfect driving position. The all leather red and black interior is well made and looks great with the red exterior. The touchs of carbon fiber in the cabin are very tasteful. We like the panaramic roof with the blind that can be opened or closed. The trunk has 14 square feet of space without a spare tire which is considerable for a sports car. The 380 hp 6 cylinder has plenty of power with a supercharger . There is no lag when you want the power. The deplorable spoiler rises up at 60 mph and stays up until you slow to 55 mph. The exhaust sounds so good and even better in the dynamic mode. This is a a very engaging car to drive and the dynamics contribute to the over all experience.

I have a gorgeous 2015 silver convertible F Type/super charge Jaguar. She's definitely a beauuuuuutiful car! I would recommend anyone who want another child (lol), meaning she must be babied. Keeping up with maintenance is extremely important! I have an extended warranty and I'm so glad I do! Not many problems...she have a little over 50,000 miles on her currently. I personally do not feel comfortable driving her in the winter months, because of all the damage that could be done to her paint or underneath the car because it sits low. However, there's nothing like driving a convertible Jaguar FType in the summer, fall and spring...top down!

I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everything went well. Only took 2.5 hours from in the door to driving home with a new car, including a trade in and financing.

I purchased my 2016 F Type R AWD last December 2022. Since then I have driven about 2000 miles without issue. I test drove everything from 911 to AMG GTS before purchasing the F Type. Lots of AWD HP without fish tailing. Can drive for hours at a time with comfort. Lots of attention, it was a little weird at first. Modification not necessary. I highly recommend.
