The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.

Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

Plenty of inventory of quality trucks to look at. James (Sales) was very knowledgeable about all the features of the F150 and was able to put me into a new truck that met my expectations. Very pleasant buying experience.

The Jaguar XE is a sporty sedan with all the latest technology. It is fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger trunk.

My salesman was Mason. He is new to car sales and I had the privilege of being his first sale. He was very attentive. Didn't pressure me at all. Took time to help me find what I needed. Me being a single mom, his manager Julio understood my budget and circumstance. Everyone was great. I'll tell all my friends about them.

Overall it?s great. It doesn?t come with Apple play but I can for go that feature considering it didn?t always work in other cars and trucks I?ve driven. My E-Pace S is comfortable find to drive and loaded with nice features. Love how it was designed inside and out. It?s my first Jaguar and I don?t think I?ll be buying any other kind of vehicles if Jaguar vehicles stay like this or get better!

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Got this car 2.0 turbo diesel love it. Just wish it had remote start. Not really sure if mine had remote or not time read manual.

Hold the road great. Good power weights 4800 lb. Use lot of gas in the city but on the highway not so bad. I hold on to it.Have it for 10 years already

Absolutely love my 2009 Premium Luxury 3 litre diesel. Looks beautiful in deep red, with cream leather interior. Drives like a dream, whether trundling around the city, or cruising the open motorways. Interior is stunning, one of the nicest I've seen in any car. It's truly the best do-everything car I've owned. Tows my small motorbike trailer, doesn't even know it's there. Gets you to your destination in supreme comfort, you feel like you've just popped to the local shop. Leaves the boy racers trailing in it's wake. With a stage 1 remap, a flick of the gears to 'Sport', and a press of the 'Dynamic' button, it turns into a snarling, charging rocketship. Has NEVER been beaten! The only downside is...... what could I possibly replace it with? For the money, nothing else comes close. Everyone loves 'Ruby', especially me. Had the 2005 S type 2.7 diesel previously, and the 3 litre XF is miles ahead.

There’s some issues / delays happening when it comes to releasing the vehicle. But all well is done and everything is taking care of. Thats how “Jonny Alcantar” Sales representatives he is. He make sure that his customers have 100% very satisfied and very happy. He’s very understanding, patience, and he’s absolutely gave his time to reply all the calls and text messages too. I have wanted to own a Jaguar for many years. I see lots of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Tesla, in my area. Not too many Jaguars. It really makes you stand out and let people know you are not a sheep. There are better performance cars than the XE, but how fast to you really need to accelerate? My XE says it gets to 60mph in 5.4 seconds. I haven’t found a need to push the car to that limit. I’m more interested in the handling and the braking. I have AWD for the wet Seattle weather. It grips the road and comes to a stop very quickly. But, I mainly buy a car for its interior and ergonomics. This is where I spend my time in a car. The seats adjust 18 ways and have heating and cooling with separate controls for the seat and the seat back. The dashboard can be configured to show gauges, navigation map, driver info, etc. Right now, I display a full map on my dash, the speed and navigation turns on my heads up display, my music on the top console panel, and climate control on the bottom console panel. I have the optional Meridian 825w surround system. It sounds phenomenal. There is a nice dash cubby for my phone that is also a wireless charger. I have not used Apple Car play yet, as I keep about 5,000 songs in my phone for streaming. I will try it out soon. It’s easy to find a perfect driving position. I’m long armed and short legged, so some cars force my to sit closely and jam the steering wheel in my chest (GM, Honda). No problem in the Jaguar. Extremely adjustable. The clear sight rear view mirror is cool. The rear facing roof camera displays in the mirror so your view isn’t blocked by passengers. I look for excuses to go out and drive. It’s so quiet, I don’t hear other vehicles on the road. If I did, I could just crank the stereo. Exterior - I have a premium color called Carpathian Grey. It’s a metallic dark, charcoal color. It looks nice with the black package that gets rid of aluminum trim. I have the optional 19” black wheels. They look awesome. I have not had any reliability issues. The car gets better gas mileage than my last vehicle, a 2009 Mazda 6. Things I would change: There are only 6 presets for radio favorite stations. I have about 30 SiriusXM stations that I listen to. There are a mixture of 12-volt and USB ports. Why not just all USB?

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

If you want a car that has aged well to be over 10 years old since the restyling and still features all the options of a modern day car for substantially less money but substantially more in style and quality details, then this car is for you! Not like the million Benz and Beamer badges aging as seen by the millions when the Jag was limited in it’s initial production to combine rare styling, beauty, sexy seduction in the thousands. It’s known to catch your eye as others sneak by because the kitty has the smart and witty look that won’t lag to keep it on top horsepower slotted as a true beast found under the beauty’s clothing made to fly as the claws grip still catching your eye to lead and never chase when the BenzBeamer labels are like drifting rafts lefts behind the in the horsepower motor blast that streams like a dream to be a that's that’s cast with the big dreamers of rare owners leaving their prey behind to find greater fun around the curves and corners zooming past that typical scene no Jag can be said to hang or lag or age like some old outdated hag. Found behind the steering wheel, you will often see the likes of true royalty wearing a real crown and those who like the way it’s presented as the XJ-L to be the sound of a roaring kitty heard to tell by the grrrrrowler’s roar like a throaty, fast and muscularly built agile leaper to keep its youthful appearance to be cast in the role of long lasting leader and predator to blast past all prey and be all the luxury those others envy in cars cast to feel like the cat’s meow that is the king of cars or queen with no scars in the auto-wars to be hard to beat as a true classic with this jungle cat purring like a kitty but controlling the road like a lion who is king of the jungle when roaring down the road in the most nimble and agile sporty symbol to recommend to those who appreciate the poetic way it flows as this review written to endorse the cat of course. I own the 2005 jaguar S type 4.2V8 for 13 years. I drove it until it had 215,600, and it still drives like butter! I had to replace the water pump at 64k mile, radiator at 110k, timing chain, serpentine belt, and gasket at 125k. After that, it's been routine oil and brake changes. I recently retired it to my garage and I'm about to donate it to colleague at work, but I'm looking for another to buy now since I'm considering donating. Such an amazing vehicle that has done me well. I have no regrets irrespective, of the little challenges I had incurred, owning this vehicle. I could go through with it again.

I purchased my 2016 F Type R AWD last December 2022. Since then I have driven about 2000 miles without issue. I test drove everything from 911 to AMG GTS before purchasing the F Type. Lots of AWD HP without fish tailing. Can drive for hours at a time with comfort. Lots of attention, it was a little weird at first. Modification not necessary. I highly recommend.
