I've had the MY21 for just over 3 years, sitting at 54,000miles currently. Not a single issue to report on this car, actually driven VW and Merc before this and it's the most reliable of all my cars so far. Look after it, service it and use good quality fuel and it will keep you smiling for many years. Interior quality far exceeds that of an Audi Q5, Merc GLC and BMW X3. It's a great drive with a luxury yet sporty feel. It doesn't benefit from air suspension but it's a sports SUV and that's why. It does have adaptive dynamics which make it a comfortable and refined drive, dynamic mode give it a really stiff sport feel.

I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

The Jaguar XE is a sporty sedan with all the latest technology. It is fun to drive. I do wish it had a larger trunk.

I just bought this Coupe with 60,000 miles on the clock. The vehicle had been in a minor accident, but is still in decent condition. He runs like a stallion! I plan on changing out the transmission filter/fluid to keep the transmission shifting smoothly. (I am currently replacing the valve chains/tensioners on April 2nd, 2024). I'll keep working on the interior and plan on replacing the old headlamps with LED units. I also plan on removing (and selling) the rear seats, replacing them with slide bars for extra luggage room. This really is a two-seat, Grand Touring automobile, not a Sports Coupe. Since I have no family (and never will) the XK8 will allow me to travel at 1000+ mile stretches in comfort. The style is impeccable and the engine's smooth performance is pulse-quickening. Since I live in Northwestern Oregon, the convertible wasn't a practical option, so I sought out a Coupe. (I'm happy that I did). Put your money into restoring one of these Grand Touring machines. You'll gain more attention than the Corvette, Mercedes, Audi, Nissan and Porsche owners and you'll enjoy the ride. Come on. You know that you really want one, or you wouldn't be reading this.

Hard to get ANY Jaguar repairs in the TriState NY area - but JLR White Plains in Elmsford diagnosed and repaired several problems and kept me fully informed. Older Jaguars should come here - they have true specialists.

This car fits our needs. Roomy interior but not bulky. Good trunk space and features are user friendly. Just own it for a week, but so far very satisfied.

The car has been great to drive around town and on very long trips. It gets a lot of luxe because of the uniqueness of the design. We did have some minor issues with the entertainment system and interior lighting. But the dealer was able to fix that with an upgrade to the software. So far, we are happy with it.

If you are after comfort and looks, this is the car for you, but, and here's the big but, be prepared to spend more than normal for maintenance. It is a Jaguar, and that is a small company, and there are not that many dealers to take the car to, and when you do, bring a full wallet or a very good credit card. Not a sports car. This is a grand touring car, and not something for the race track. It is pretty quick for what it is, and it does handle well.

My service team at White Plains Jaguar Land Rover consistently exceeds my expectations. In particular, my service advisor Marco Correa always delivers professional service. He was patient, caring, responsive to my concerns and addressed them to my satisfaction. The added bonus was the reasonable wait time. I planned to spend a few hours waiting for my service to be completed but that was not the case. The overall atmosphere and pristine condition of the facility enhances the waiting experience. It's beautiful and after three years, not a single problem. My 2017 XE was the same way. Of course, it's expensive to maintain, but it's a Jaguar, and if you've ever driven one, you'll never want to drive another car again. Mercedes and BMW's are nanny cars. Jaguar treats you like you're an adult.

Bought a certified used XJ 3.0 AWD. Amazing ride. As smooth at 100 as it is at 40. Comfortable for long road trips, and nimble enough for downtown. Surprisingly fast acceleration... especially for the poor soul who want to try against it. This is the only car I've ever owned I plan to keep forever.

Saw vehicle on the internet on a Sunday. Called and AMY answered. Based on her accurate information she invited us to the lot the same day. We drove 2.5 hours and test drove the Honda CR-Z. AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. I bought (used) the R-Sport diesel in British Racing Green with roof racks. Super cute car, but not real roomy inside. I could complain about a lot of things like no compass and cramped back seat, but for me, the good points outweigh the bad. It has only been in the shop a few times (I'm the 2nd owner, so I figured things would be due to need replacing anyway); the gas mileage is phenomenal - on the highway I've gotten as much as 40mpg - and around town is an easy 30+. I like to stand out from the crowd, and this car certainly does it for me. Overall pretty happy with it!

Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... After plenty of research, I purchased a used 2018, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport model, with 27,000 miles. It’s beautiful. Exterior color is Indus Silver and flawless. The interior is black leather with cream color stitching. A+ on comfort, from smooth driving to seat comfort with front and rear adjustable seats all with seat heaters. Cargo area is roomy. Car came with carpet and rubber, silver logo’d floor mats. Sunroof is front and back. Headlights auto adjust depending on darkness of road. This 4-cylinder turbo has eco, comfort, and sport mode with plenty of power and torque. Interior has plenty of room for front and back passengers. Great gas mileage at 27+ miles/gallon. I purchased this edgy, stylish, yet aggressive car to commute with, and couldn’t be happier. I own 3 BMW’s: a 740i, 528i, and 330i… I took a chance on Jaguar, and I LOVE this car!

Alex excellent salesperson very patience and honest. The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.
