I was welcomed with a smile and was spoken to like I had no knowledge or common sense when it came to automotive subjects. The condescending tones were the highlight of the experience. Not only did they have to perform the same diagnostic twice, it was necessary to bill for both. When ask about a coupon, the staff had zero knowledge and put forth no effort to follow up. I was instructed if I wanted to use it, I would have to email proof to the service manager because she had no knowledge of basic promotion. She refused any effort to follow up with job knowledge and insisted I complete the task for her. I begrudgingly did and paid my bill. Upon my exit I departed with a pleasantly rude good bye along with an extremely sarcastic good day. I will certainly return when I feel Ike being insulted and angry the rest of my day. When my vehicle requires service I will definitely recommend elsewhere. Although I certainly will recommend Kunes to anyone that enjoys being insulted.

We've had a great experience with Key Auto Mall GMC purchasing our new 2025 Acadia. Brian MacGee was wonderful to work with along with General Manager Theron Maring and all the other great staff. Brian especially has spent a lot of time going over all we need to know about how this car works and has several times answered more questions since we purchased the car a week ago. Excellent experience. My husband and I saw a used vehicle online and drove from Burlington to see it. John at BMW was an excellent and personable salesman. He answered all our questions, was very patient, and very kind. He worked very hard to get us a deal we were happy with. Most of all, he made us laugh and treated us well. Not a pushy salesman, just a very nice man who treats people right. I’d definitely tell my friends going there is worth the trip and to ask for John. Not your typical salesman or car buying experience, he made it fun and easy.
