I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Let start off my saying these bugs are great. Made sure I was comfortable with what I was buying and made the process very easy and simple.

We bought it in 2023 just off lease as a CPO. It’s been a great vehicle. We love it would buy another one in a minute.

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Would highly recommend and consider purchasing here again.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

I bought a Chrysler 300 from them and have not seen any problems After that, I bought a Lincoln Town Car that I did not like, and then I took it back from them after I used it for more than 4 days. They did not say no. Everyone who puts one star is stupid because they don't know how to buy a car

the car is largest enough to haul baseball equipment around, yet easy parking and handling. i like the interior and the room. the seats are very comfortable

Richard was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with questions I had regarding the many beautiful luxury sedans I had been inquiring about. He went above and beyond with his time, was very respectful and easy to talk to. For that I'm giving HIM 5 stars! He made us feel like family. It was an overall positive experience with him. Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Napleton’s is the only place I will take my Jeep for service. Super friendly helpful staff. They get me in and out quickly.

A great looking car. We will probably never learn all of the features the car has. Dealer was excellent and no problems working with them. Only one thing not to like was the location of the Emergency Brake lever. Things seem to get set there, and locking the lever.

Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

  I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version.  Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck.   It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go.   If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant.   I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

Had a good experience dealing with Mike. I've had my gmc for 2 weeks now and so far so good! Shout out to the detailer too for having truck so clean! I will give an update review as well to give truck some break in time. For now I will highly recommend!

I have a red 2017 Jeep Cherokee that I bought used, and I love it. I live in the blue ridge mountains of Virginia and this car has been able to deal with everything i've thrown at it. Deep snow, muddy trails, icy roads... You name it. I have the V6 and I can hook up a heavy uHaul trailer and go up and down all the mountains with it. My wife even hit a deer in this car... It obviously had to go to the repair shop, but my wife was safe. The only thing that bothers me a little is that you can't slam on the brakes and throw it in reverse... You need to stop completely, take two seconds and then put it in reverse.

I had never purchased a brand new car, especially using online help, but the Internet Sales Team here was great, and I was even more impressed when I was there in person! I felt none of the pressure dishonesty that could go along with buying a car! I got the Jeep I wanted at a price better than I had expected!!!!!

Go with the 3.2 V 6 it has plenty of power. The Auto engine stop/start is terrible even if it does save gas it is too jerky

When I came to pick up the vehicle, my plates was already on my paperwork was ready to sign and my Lexus was clean and shinned all up.

The Jeep Cherokee is engineered for lasting a long time, my last Jeep had about 200,000 miles on it. Performance is dismal at times, when you need power wait a while. The gas mileage and ride, and the fact that it powers through snow do make it great for the Nevada winter.

I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

I would buy another vehicle from Champion Motorsport Inc. I had never purchased a vehicle from a small used car lot before and I was also unfamiliar with the process of paying cash, as this was an option for me this time. The owner was knowledgeable and provided me with information about financing versus paying cash and he allowed me to take the vehicle offsite for a mechanic inspection. He also provided proof there was no lien on the vehicle. My vehicle title arrived by mail a month later from the state. Be aware they did charge a labor & transportation fee and documentation fee. Even so, I felt the vehicle was priced fairly and the dealership is trustworthy. I am happy with my purchase!

Would recommend this vehicle. Overall very good value and has proven very reliable. Sorry to hear it is being discontinued Jeep had a winner and what I thought was a great tweeter between the Compass and Grand Cherokee.

We have bought and serviced 5 Jeeps at Grieger's over the past 3 years. The service department takes the time to go through with you every detail of your service, including costs, and gets you out in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Griegers.

We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

My 2017 Cherokee Trailhawk has 207,000 miles on it and is driven every day. I drove it past the Arctic Circle to the Arctic Ocean in Canada's Northwest Territories a few years ago. Rarely had to use 4 wheel drive. Have replaced shocks and radiator and a few windshields from driving in Alaska and the Yukon. Otherwise, just routine maintenance. Been a heck of a little car.

We were looking to purchase a new Jeep Renegade and finally found the perfect salesman in Justin at Griegers Dodge/Jeep. Over the course of 5 months striking out on finding the right sales tempo with 4 other dealers (our local dealer in Plymouth never even got back to us), the right vehicle, and financing that fit our needs we hit pay dirt. Justin at Greiger's stayed in contact with just the right amount of emails along the way and a couple of phone calls. I had a feeling with our conversations that this was going to be the right place to buy a vehicle. We made an appointment for this last weekend, and were warmly greeted. Even though we had test drove a vehicle at another dealer he had us test drive another Jeep Renegade there in case we had any questions. The one we test drove was almost what we were looking for, and he asked us if we would like to check out another color or one with other options. The dealership looked small from the front, but we were pleasantly suprised when were taken to the back and they had a whole row of Jeep Renegades (I think 16 in total). We picked out our color of choice and found the perfect one with the right price and options. Justin made sure that this was the dream vehicle we were looking to purchase. We were then taken inside offered something to drink and looked at finance options. To make a long story short the whole experience was what we felt it should be at a new car dealer from start to beginning! The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. It's been a long time overdue, so here it is. 1st deal was beginning of 2020 on a new 2019 Renegade limited. Salesman was Jerry Guess. All went very well as I was ridding myself of the Ford escape I learned I should not have bought. 2nd deal was in earlier 2021, again with Jerry Guess with help from Tom Bialata. This time 2 new 2020 Renegade limiteds, 1 2021 Renegade Trailhawk and 2020 Ram Procity van. Yes 4 brand new cars all with trades, not our first 4 vehicle deal but definitely the best. I learned how an honest salesman is still out there. We, (my wife, daughter, son in law and myself) were very satisfied with the complete process including trade values given. 3rd deal my son in law traded in the Ram Procity van for a used Colorado truck. Again, Jerry Guess and Tom Bialata were involved. All very well handled. 4th deal my younger daughter traded in her car bought when we bought 4 vehicles at another dealership. She bought a used 2021 Mazda SUV with 4000 miles on it. Again Jerry Guess was the salesperson. Apparently Jerry has earned our family's trust. Thank you Jerry and Tom. All of us are very happy with our experience. Sidenote, service department has been fair to work with. Ordered new , love it so far , I went with the 2.0 turbo , far more responsive than expected , this coming from a life long V-8 driver . Went with the Lattude Lux model , came with many standard feature & we added everything else on the option list , the sun & sound package with the panoramic sunroof and this premium Alpine sound system is awesome . Just wish they would offer more interior colors , had money added in the deal so we could install a differnet color Katzkin leather interior

Went in to get some repairs done on my Jeep, and it was done quickly and ready for pick up right on schedule. Everything ran smoothly afterward.

Purchased about 2 months ago. I have taken it on highway trips and driven around town. Very comfortable ride and it looks great. V6 engine is very responsive. I am averaging about 31 mpg so far and am pleasantly surprised by this. Only wish it had a bit more cargo space making it easier to get our 2 bikes inside without having to take the front wheels off. Also, chip shortage cause rear park sensors to be left off of this build. Overall very pleased
