We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Most reviews are often written right after purchase, or within a period of time where the new owner is still in the Honeymoon phase of ownership. I’m writing this as a Lexus customer after 7 years of ownership and over 100k of miles on the NX300 MY2019. The purchase process working with Dale was exceptional on many levels, and have not found any other salesman or dealership that comes close. I visit the showroom occasionally when my NX is in for routine service and I’m always greeted warmly and respectfully. Dale supports the sale throughout ownership by staying “connected” to the sale, meaning he finds solutions to issues, and follows through to completion. This 5 star customer support is not found in car salespeople! I Highly Recommend Dale Roeglin for your next Lexus purchase. The Brookfield Lexus dealership is also 5 star, the showroom is spotless year round, several models on showroom floor all meticulously parked and aligned to the polished tile floor. And have you seen a cleaner customer restroom? These details do matter, and all the support staff, above and below sales have always shown high class on every visit. The 2019 Lexus NX300 F Sport Ultrasonic Blue has been without question the BEST vehicle I’ve ever purchased! You often hear of Lexus reputation regarding quality and I’m writing to say it is true, without question! In 100k mi & 7 years of ownership, not one major or minor repair! The cost of ownership was general maintenance as recommended every 5k or 10k miles. Brakes, Tires and Oil changes, that’s it! I can’t recommend another Brand that even comes close, and I’ve owned several over 45years.

Our salesperson, Elijah, did a great job. When picking up our purchase, he spent as much time with us on a used Jeep GC as a new one. Demonstrating the vehicle features and connecting our phones to uConnect. Patiently and without being overbearing, I was impressed and would recommend him and the dealership.

Overall great experience in and out experience was great. They got me in and out paperwork didn?t take more than an hour overall great experience.

Had a great experience at Zeigler Toyota. I worked with Leeann who was amazing! I had a very specific car I wanted which needed to be ordered. It took a bit because they had to build it but Leeann kept me in the loop the whole way and as soon as it arrived she let me know and I was onsite in no time. The part i really appreciated about it was the fact that of the fine gentleman i worked with, Tim, Matt and Teddy, they understood that the 1 truck they had on the lot I liked but had one feature that I did not want to have on a truck I would buy for the future. I had said feature, Ramboxes, on the truck I traded and I think they was a great creation by Ram. I like the Ramboxes and the way they create extra storage on the outside of the truck for ease of access. However with my current and expanding family situation, I was going to need a standard bed. After I explained this to all 3 of them, they were polite and receptive of my request and worked hard to find a truck they could do a truck for truck swap that was on my wheelhouse of options. They were able to accomplish just that and I am very appreciative as the truck I purchased will hopefully be a lifelong vehicle turned into a collector's item since it is a special edition truck.
